My husband teases me because my eyes lit up on our first call with Michelle the second she whipped out her color coded spreadsheet and started to explain her process. Boy did they not disappoint. I told so many people that I wished that Heather, our Executive Planner, planned more things in my life. Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations). Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn't just a few "vision board" photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life. The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we'd hoped, but that also wasn't a surprise because we'd known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather's assistant! Boy are we going to miss working with this team.

I interviewed 5 candidates and Kenzie asked the right questions giving me the confidence she could do a good job. I typically plan all parties myself (I've planned and hosted many) AND I'm very picky so it was difficult for me to have someone help me. We chose a Swedish themed party and although she had no experience with this type of event, Kenzie did her homework and learned about the tradition so that she could provide guidance. We had 3 chiefs giving her direction, lots of changes and ideas coming from everywhere and in different timezones. Kenzie was flexible and willing to roll with the punches when needed. The highlight was the day of the event. Kenzie and her team set up the event, was there throughout the evening and then cleaned up. WOW, I was impressed! I cried as I entered the room because everything looked just like I imagined. I was the MC and hostess for the event. All I had to do was mention Kenzie's name and she was there to address my needs. We had a few bumps with the venue along the planning process, but Kristin & Kylee always solved any problem we came across. One thing I loved about working with Soiree was being able to meet with them at the venue in person on a few different occasions. I…read morecertainly didn't want to have to worry about setting out my own wedding cake or having my mom/sisters miss any part of my special day by worrying about re-filling food and beverages. After researching online, I stumbled upon Right Hand Gal and contacted Kelly. From the beginning she was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Coming from out of state, we were a bit nervous about not meeting our vendors ahead of time. Kelly was always quick to respond to my many e-mails and put me at ease. Two of her top caterers (Melissa and Amanda) came out and worked my reception. Naturally, I didn't get to interact with Melissa and Amanda very much, but my mom did and she gave me rave reviews! She said that out of all my vendors, they were the most worth it! They made the wedding so beautiful and simple- she didn't have to worry about a thing.....they are so good at what they do. Not only did they refresh the beverages and food, they took care of the toast and some other things I had totally forgotten to tell them about! They completely took initiative and picked up exactly where we had left off. At the end of the party, my family/bridesmaids went to clean up and found out that Melissa and Amanda had not only put away all the food, but had washed and put away dishes, thrown away trash, and cleaned up/organized the entire kitchen area. If they can handle a DIY wedding THAT smoothly, they can handle anything. I can't tell you how much I appreciated having Kelly and her team handle my reception. I was thrilled with their work.
