The CEO (Kelly Malloy) is horrible to communicate with and downright abusive at times. She places the parents rights (keep in mind they are the ones that lost their children in the first place) above the children. Makes no effort to be flexible and has even threatened to cancel the kids visits due to us questioning their visitation protocols. I truly miss the last ownership. We had no issues for 3 years and now it's just a nightmare. Avoid at all cost and if the county/state assigned you here, plead to get moved elsewhere. Don't go through the headache we're going through. You would think that the families taking care of foster children would be treated better than this.
