It took some time as my availability was limited to weekends only, but she was very patient, and very patient with me texting and checking in often for dates. We ended up setting a date and my husband and I had a lovely experience with Cindy. The room is comfortable and they have a big screen where you can see the ultrasound. She took her time and assisted in getting me into the right position to see our baby best. At the end we got a free gift, a disc with video and pictures. I had the best experience - there was good communication from the location on scheduling via text. We texted once we arrived and they were able to accommodate all 4 of us, which was lovely. The ultrasound tech Cindy worked really hard to get us some good images, and Tahana was so sweet as she pointed out the baby's features on the scan. When we were done we got prints of the pics, discs of the images and video, plus a diaper bag with some awesome formula samples. All of this for $85! What a steal, and what a great experience. I went here for my 30 week ultrasound they were VERY accommodating to my requests to make this a special visit. I had a request of a big party for my family, and they were able to get me in on a Sunday as well! Not sure what went wrong here. I scheduled an ultrasound and it was set to be with Cindy, who has a bunch of glowing reviews which is why I chose to have an ultrasound here, instead I was scanned by Jenna. First when arriving here on yelp it says they close at 5:00pm when my scan was at 7:30pm. We arrive and the office that says InVision ultrasound is dark and we're told by people sitting outside to go into the office building right next door. Had they not been there we would have probably left assuming the place was closed. I've been pregnant four other times and always get a halfway 3D ultrasound and never had any issues, she mentioned the baby was too small to get anything good, when in fact I've previously had successful ultrasounds. This was the first time my husband has been able to join in on an ultrasound and he was so excited to have some solid proof of our baby being a boy, unfortunately I could not see what she had pointed out. Even the 2D photos were very poor, during the scan she would say "there" and we honestly saw nothing. We did not even get a good 2D profile picture of our baby. Unfortunately, I will have to find another place to have a better scan as it is our last baby. Just be sure who you are receiving your scan by. read more

My daughter booked her appointment for the Lexington office address. Four hours before the appointment we got a voice mail saying that they'd move to the Broadstone Mall near CVS. When we arrived we could not find them. We called, they are in Starlight Starbright. It's not even an office. It is a cloth tented storage office. There is no privacy. Everyone in the back of the store can hear every word. Cindy knew we were there, never acknowledged us and kept us waiting for more than 20 minutes past our appointment time. We had another important family function scheduled following this ultrasound. We could not wait and would not have felt comfortable is this horrid location. Totally unprofessional. Overall, I love the service. Cindy was great, friendly and very welcoming when we came in. Plus, we got to see our baby girl. I feel like its worth the money and the time to spend to do a private ultrasound. My ultrasound came with a video too. I didn't watch or look at the CD & DVD given to me til after my baby was born. I'm not giving a 5 star review because I tried contacting Cindy again about the CD I received and apparently the burner wasn't working properly, so many people that had an ultrasound during that time before they caught the issue didn't get their baby ultrasound picture. I left Cindy a voicemail but no response. Recently I left her a message through yelp and email contact them. I have been to Cindy 4 times throughout two pregnancies now and I love her services! She has definitely been correct on the gender both times! Way better ultrasounds than the ones you get at your regular doctor where they just check the heartbeat and fluid levels real quick. She gives me CDs each time with dozens of pictures of the baby and video and a thank you gift. She even got a cute video of my baby yawning and everyone was amazed by it. I was always a bit skeptical of additional ultrasounds to find out gender of your baby early. I'm having my second baby and decided to give it a try so we could do a gender reveal party in nicer weather. If I waited until the 20 weeks at the docs it would be winter. I left a message with them and it was returned the next day to set my appt. The person in the phone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Appointment day went really well. I didn't have to wait and felt very comfortable in their private environment. We had our son with us and they had plenty of toys for him to play with. He wanted to sit by me and was able to. The images are projected onto the wall directly in front of you. You feel like you are watching a movie. I was super pleased with my experience and I recently had my 20 week appointment at the docs and they confirmed her results. Girl . I definitely recommend this place! read more

We have had multiple ultrasounds at the doctors office, but none of them were as accurate and clear as the ultrasounds provided by Cindy at InVision inside of Starlight Starbright in Folsom. The images Cindy was able to capture were absolutely amazing! We knew exactly who our son looked the most like before he was even born. The experience was all around wonderful. Cindy provided a very peaceful and family oriented environment. The office was both welcoming and comforting for all of us. My other children were able to take part and Cindy did a great job of engaging them in the experience. She really took her time to get the perfect images and video of our beautiful little boy. I was really excited about seeing my baby girl in 3d. I was 31 weeks when I went and she was beautiful. Very grateful that they have these places to be able to see such detail. Everything went great, I got to see her and experienced it with my close family. I just didn't feel every comfortable with who was helping us. She was trying to position me a certain way and I wasn't understanding what she wanted me to do. She seemed very irritated with me and the way I was laying and also made a comment about how I'm pregnant so I wasn't using my brain. Very rude and killed my whole mood and experience. I felt more of an inconvenience being there and wished the lady was more nice and genuine. read more

Completely dissatisfied with this place. Around April of 2014 I made an appointment for my gender determination ultra sound one month out. My husband and I had been so excited and looking forward to this all month. On the way to the appointment literally 20 minutes before my appointment I received a phone call from the ultra sound tech from an out of town phone number saying she "had to go out of town and needed to reschedule". I was obviously highly upset. I had taken the day off of work, as did my husband and family. All family was also on their way to the appointment. We were already in Folsom and had Driven from the Natomas area (about a 30 min drive) so I called the office to see if I could see someone else but they weren't able to help me. They offered to schedule a free gender reveal ultra sound three days later but by that point I was so dissatisfied with the way I was treated and their lack of professionalism there was no way I was stepping foot into that establishment. Luckily, A Baby Connection in Roseville was able to take me in that day and save the day. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

They apologized and said they MIGHT has gotten me confused with another mother, even though I left detailed messages with MY name and number and everything. I loved it here; much better than the last Ultrasound place we went too - and wish we would have just known and come here from the beginning of the Pregnancy. Cindy was the best and very knowledgeable. Our baby was cooperative only for about the first five minutes and Cindy was prepared with a variety of positions to attempt to get baby back into view how we wanted. She did an amazing job and was very accommodating. Everything was comfortable and there was a giant projector on the wall with multiple monitors throughout the room so seeing our baby was very easy. We did the 3D and are already planning to go back for the 4D HD live and cannot wait. Cindy was very helpful on trying to get us scheduled with a time most convenient for us and our family. I just had my 3d/4d ultrasound done. I am now almost 29 weeks. She told me I could have up to 6 people in the room with me which is amazing. I showed up late and she said it was okay with it. The ultrasound room was so spacious and the bed so comfortable. When she applied the lube to my stomach it was warm, unlike most that I had experienced at the doctors office. My baby was not cooperating because she had her hand in her little face, the technician was very patient and tried until we had beautiful pictures. my friend told me about a 3d ultrasound she had while she was pregnant so after looking on google and finding invision i was so excited! i was able to be fit in on the same day i called and when i arrived the office wasnt too hard to find inside of the business park. the office is really nice and spacious, plenty of room to bring family or friends! i was 20 weeks for this ultrasound, and i plan on coming back to invision probably two more times. we got a dvd with the whole ultrasound session on it which i love and have already watched 3 times i would definitely recommend invision! super fun experience read more

We got a Groupon to go in. I scheduled it around 27 weeks, the baby was breach and we got limited pictures, I was asked to come back. I went back at 29 weeks and the baby was not breach but facing my back, I was again asked to come back in a few days. I got the most amazing 3d/4d pictures of my little boy! Very nice to work with Cindy and the place is set up wonderful and comforting. They had toys for my son to play with - that kept him occupied so we could enjoy the video. read more

Cindy was awesome! Very nice, very customer friendly. We had multiple people in the room at once, and with all the screens, everybody was able to see everything without any problems. The first trip in, Cindy wasn't 100% sure the gender, and asked if we would mind coming back in a week at no additional cost. The first time she was 80% sure it was a girl, the second time she was 100% certain it was a girl. Of course, it was a girl. This place is absolutly wonderful. The staff is super friendly. My favorite thing about this place is no matter what they want to satisfy you. The first time we went in we didnt get good enough pictures so they told us to come back..... No extra charge. Then when we came back the appointment got mixed up but the owner came from her house in placerville just to do it for us. She also stayed for as long as it took to get a good photo. I really recommend this place for getting your 3D ultrasound. We saw many other pictures from other ultrasounds in 3D, from other people who got their own in other places. Well, not so good. Then we discover the INVISION's website and I should say they showed the best pictures. So we chose them and, believe me: we are REALLY really satisfied! It looked like our daughter was already here with us, because the image was so clear!!..I'm in the 34th weeks so my daughter is ready. At 27 weeks, I called to get in for a 3D ultrasound. I was told to wait until 30 weeks. The website says a 3D can be done from 25-40 weeks. This is my second baby, and had no trouble at the place I went to with my first one. When I called to find out what the deal was, I was told the ultrasound tech thinks its best to wait until 30 weeks for the "chubby cheeks" images. When I pointed out what the website said, I was told "well you wanted a Saturday appointment and the soonest we have is in October anyway" (when I'd be past 30 weeks). Do you want my business or not???? I don't care about "chubby cheeks", because I'm well aware that babies in utero AREN'T DONE FORMING and they may not look like a chubby cheeked newborn!! read more
