She gave just the right amount of info, answered my questions, and made me feel so welcomed. They have like LITERALLY EVERY SCENT you could ever dream up. I have forever wanted a tomato vine scented candle. BOOM. Honeycomb? Gotchu. Potting Soil? ....... Wait. POTTING SOIL?! Yep! They nailed it and it smells amazing. Literally amazing. I was having a hard time decided amongst all the options, so she showed me the "Grab Bags." I think they were like $26, and inside it is guaranteed to have at least 3 of their full size candles and a fourth item. She did preface it by saying it may be an off season scent, or maybe the label wasn't perfect or some other tiny defect, but I was down. Their regular candles are $16 each - so this grab bag is a DEAL! Plus I like an adventure. I was STOKED to see I got three of their regulars, all GREAT more general scents, and then a beautiful green jar with a Christmas scent. I am pretty sure I will just go grab a surprise bag every month. But seriously, stop in, support local, and leave feeling amazing. Great job Lit&Co i am a Huge, Huge Fan.

But it closed in 15 minutes! So we hurried over there and it was dark and cold outside which added to the Christmas spirit. Walking up to it I already was giddy. It had a window display that just looked magical from the outside. Walking in, it was small yet cozy. So many different items to look at. I tried to be mindful of the closing time so we looked at everything pretty quickly but I just soaked it all in. I've always wanted a nice snow globe bc they remind me of my son. I found one there I liked with the nativity story in it along with a wind up song. I bought it and they wrapped it up for me since I flew out the next day. Unfortunately the TsA agents didn't let me board the plane with it!!!!!!! So my son went back 2 days later and bought another one!!;) and now we just have to figure out how to get it to me. Probably will have to ship it to me and hopefully it gets to me safely. But boy what a journey just for this snow globe! lol But this store gets the sale of two snow globes so I'm helping small business I guess;) Loved this place and if I'm in the area again during Christmas, I'd love to come again and see what they new things they have. After leaving the previous store, I didn't know if I really wanted to continue shopping in the area. I honestly just wanted to go home. But I figured it was in the here so I might as will make the best of it. A Beautiful Mess has been on my to go list for a hot minute! They are only open on Friday and Saturday so of course those are the two days that I'm never in the area. Conveniently, they were open today as the Antique Road Trip event was starting today. It was meant to be! I made my way in and was instantly greeted. I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in! The owner chatted with me for a bit and let me start checking out her beautiful space. I appreciate the big windows that this store front has, it gave so much bright light into the venue. It made everything strand out that much more! I was in awwwww with how everything with delicately staged and placed. There was stunning furniture. Beautiful plates and crystal. Aged silver trays perfectly staged. It was all fabulous! I took a liking to a beautiful shabby vase. Of course the plates with the pink roses and the blue forget me not flowers caught my eye. I must have them. It was hard not to want to buy everything. I made my way through the store a few times. I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything so I made a few rounds in the store. So many beautiful treasures and not enough room in my home. I feel like the selections I made today were perfect and decided to chuck out. I bought some roses when I went grocery shopping today for my new vase. My little trinket dish is looking cute on my shelf. My plates are beautifully stacked with my other floral plates. And my little creamer is sitting pretty with my other creamers. I appreciate the owner of this store for being so kind. She truly flipped my mood around and made the rest of my day fantastic. I enjoyed every minute in this store looking at all the gorgeous treasures that she has collected. I look forward to coming back soon and seeing some more beautiful pieces.

I passed this little boutique heading to their house. How can the name Wildflower Boutique not catch your eye? My sister and I didn't have time to make it in but I had to make my way out there again today so I made it a point to stop in. Walking up to the door, they had some neat furniture and a sale table outside. There was a really cute cabinet that had chicken wire on the outside of it. As pretty as it was, I knew I didn't have room for it. I know I'll be regretting not getting it later tonight. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with the calming smell of lavender and fun merchandise. The first thing that caught my eye was the Idaho decor on the wall. Next to it was country farm house decor, beautiful faux flowers and Easter merch. I knew I was in the right place. Everything was so pretty! What I appreciate about this joint is that they have a lot of local talent represented and sold here. Candles, soaps, kitchen towels, dried flowers, candy. It's the most perfect gift shop for your one of a kind unique gifts. On top of that, you're also supporting a local business. Two birds with one stone! The store itself is charming and fun! I have been here three or four times now and have never encountered a problem. Like all B&BW stores, this one has a ton of things I want to buy. :D The store is clean and there are plenty of tester items to try out. The location is close to many other stores and parking is easy (and there is plenty of it). I have been greeted each time and asked if I needed help. One thing I appreciate about this location is that the associates do not hound me while I shop. They are friendly and offer help but I also don't have someone approaching me every two minutes trying to force a basket on me or asking what I'm shopping for, etc. Most B&BW locations have gone way too far with that. I have not had any negative experiences with the staff so far. Deanna has been working there at least twice when I've gone in and she is super nice and helpful. Overall, this is a fine location. I'm sorry so many people seem to have had negative experiences but I've been here multiple times without issue. Recommended.
