Terrible experience. They charged extra for a vase I never asked for and gave me a bouquet that was mostly just leaves and twigs. When I asked to use the restroom, the person said "we don't have restroom access for you people" and told me to go across the street. Extremely racist and unprofessional. I have a lot of family in Idaho, and recently two of them had birthdays, and I have to tell you this place is perfect for out of towners calling in to have special family members for arrangements made. They are extremely helpful and accommodating and I enjoy talking to the Moon didn't even take them very long to get the arrangements ready in both cases I opted for the $85 option... Now delivery cost and extra $20 but I think you'll find as well worth it, they will give you updates and provide you the results or delivery as well as photographs of your arrangement. I've included some of mine that I had sent to my aunt three days ago, which made her really excited, and my uncle enjoyed them as well. They hope to reserve them for as long as they can. I got a phone call from my son with some upsetting news. His sweet, smart and beautiful gf didn't make the nursing program at Boise State. I felt so bad because I knew the hard work she did. I looked around via yelp and other social media looking for a florist that would make her a bouquet that would be a long distance hug from me (I live in Nevada). I found this store and was reassured that they will make a bouquet perfect for the occasion. And did they ever!! I got phone call and texts from my son and his gf saying how stunned they were to get home and find these at their door. It was more than I was even expecting. Sunflower Florist had horrible customer service. I placed an order for my daughter to be delivered on a certain date. The establishment replied with the correct day, incorrect date. I corrected them and hung up. I then CALLED AGAIN not 10 minutes later and confirmed the day AND date. What happens? They deliver on the wrong date! When I get clarification all they do is defend their delivery date and sees no wrong doing EVEN when I called TWICE to make sure the delivery date was correct. read more

I will always recommend this shop to anyone I know in Boise. The owner, Mohammad, is truly a wonderful person. My brother and I went to pick out flowers for our mother's funeral spray and the owner said, "trust me" ... so we did. Well, he was right. My mouth dropped open when I saw the stunning arrangement (which he delivered for free!) It had all the colors and flowers she would have wanted and was HUGE. Beautiful dusty pink roses, gorgeous maroon dahlias, stargazer lilies, vibrant iris, larkspur, lotus, and large fanning purple gladiolus. He took our ideas and created a masterpiece. We are so thankful and appreciate how much effort he clearly put into our arrangement. It was so memorable and a great way to honor her. As previous reviewers have mentioned, he made the ordering easy, has the best prices in the valley, and his kindness goes above anything we expected. I would give Sunshine Flowers a high recommendation! I used Sunshine Flowers from California to order a planter gift set to be delivered in Boise. The owner personally delivered the flower plant, candy, and teddy bear to an apartment before 10 AM, which is normally their delivery start time, because the recipient was leaving at 10 AM. He also texted pictures to me of the arrangement. The recipient was very excited to see the beautiful plant, as were her children to receive the teddy bear and candy! read more

I simply asked for an arrangement of seasonal flowers to celebrate a friend's retirement. The bad part: I often receive texts or pictures of what was delivered by the company but Sunflower didn't do that so I have no pictures to share. These are the most elegant Valentine's Day flowers I ever had! the owner flies his roses from Guatemala for Valentines and they are so exquisite compared to flowers my husband an I saw at other florists today.
