My husband took off the day to be here for the service after waiting for them to show up, I called to be told they were on another job site and and would not be coming. I was told for the inconvenience he would give us a great price and a discount. well, that did not happen. The price was much more than the advertisement in the newspaper, and there was no discount for our inconvenience of losing a day of work to be here when he didn't show up. The best part was how he messed up our heater. he put in a nozzle that was too big/putting out too much oil and it was going everywhere. We were worse off than before he showed up. This company may have made out that day by charging us too much but lost a lifetime customer that will never call on their services again or recommend them!

After installing it and getting paid I needed him to talk to the insurance company. After he provided the information to them they determined it did not need to be replaced and could of been fixed for $300. He claimed he was not a "f*+¥en insurance agent and didn't care what they said. He is sloppy and left a mess. During this same time he was replacing my furnace. If you still don't want heat this is your guy. Furnace stopped working four times in a week and a half time span. Than after calling someone else and finding out he didn't do the job according to code he will threaten, bully and harass you because quote "I don't need someone else telling me I did a bad job". I scheduled mine and the guy told me I needed a new central AC system. Quoted me $13k. Wow. My AC compressor randomly stopped working after he left and the company said I didn't have enough r22 to power it. Sounded shady bc it was running when he was here. A month later, I decide to have a different HVAC company come take a look. They said my wires were disconnected outside and the ground wire was disconnected and it reset the breaker. The tech was obviously trying to get a commission off a new ac from me. I had to buy window units during that time just to get by in this heat. Wasted money that I don't have! He did a great job of troubleshooting and explaining all aspects of the trouble we were encountering. The problem was a bad end switch on upstairs zone valve. The valve power head was replaced to complete 24 volt call back to unit. Test ran and verified proper operation of the unit. The technician was very knowledgeable, neat and professional. Nate is definite asset to an already outstanding organization.

He was here three times after the installation and still didn't fix the problem, leaving me in the same place I started but out over $800. He claims he didn't get my several calls and messages then has the nerve to say he didn't charge me for his repeat visits. What? He claims his price is competitive but he didn't even fix the issue, and wouldn't refund any of his labor costs to get someone who actually can fix it. All he did was stick me with a higher heating bill and no money to hire someone else.

Jason came over and installed a wood stove and he ran a chimney pipe through my ceiling.. that was eight months ago and it has been leaking ever since. Started leaking the first week. He came back and slapped more tar on my roof, which did absolutely nothing. last week I texted and called him trying to get him to come out and help us but he's ignoring us. The roofing company we're hiring to fix our roof called him as well and of course he answered for them. they asked him if he's going to chip in for this and he said he doesn't feel like he's responsible because it's been eight months.. 8 months! I think that says a lot about his ethics. So now I'm headed to small claims court.
