That was fine, we still made an appointment for 8:30am and told them the air blower was broken. The technician shows up an hour late blaming his truck and tells us the air blower is broken and that he'll need to come back in a few days. Took him longer to put his stickers everywhere than to look at anything. He says it'll be about $900 for parts and labor and charged $200 for the visit for Monday. I told him OK and I'll call his office back in the afternoon to schedule. I call back later in the day and it goes to voicemail so I leave a message. They never call back so I call again on Tuesday morning, spoke to someone but still had to leave a message and wait for a call back. I call back again Tuesday afternoon and the quote is now $1,100 and when I ask about the parts they want to install because I want to match what I currently have, they say they'll call back.
