It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. The prices are compatible and the service is awesome so what else can I say that will make it easy to understand that this location is great. Call Teri at Aloha storage for all of your storage needs and for truck rental too (Penske) and you'll be happy that you chose them. Update So they go up on the storage fees every 3 months then they keep people hard earned money. If you move out early (5days) at the start of a new month you have to pay the whole month with no reimbursement. So end up paying almost $600 for 5 days. We signed on the spot. Needing the use of their truck, we set a day/time to pick it up. We hired someone to do the actual moving, and he showed up at the appointed time. No one was there and the office remained locked up...most all day. We lost between 3-4 hours while we came up with plan B, which involved renting a U-Haul truck. The assistant manager called today to ask if we still needed the truck. Uh, no. She offered no reason why she was not on duty when she should have been. Nor did she offer to reimburse the price of the truck we had to rent because of their mistake. As I said earlier, their facilities are top notch, and ease of use is excellent. However, going forward, we will remain wary of their customer service promises. As a new customer, we are really not impressed.
