The way the exit is set up makes it difficult to punch in your code and then make it out of the gate quickly. It's set up where you have to punch in the code, make a sharp right turn, then a sharp left turn to get out, and the whole time you're trying not to hit anything. So we punched in the code, the gate arm went up, we started driving out, and then all the sudden the arm came down onto the hood of my truck. It actually hit my truck. We backed up. Within 10 seconds a guy came rushing out yelling at me, saying we hit the gate. I couldn't believe he was saying "WE" hit the gate. Their gate closed onto my vehicle, not the other way around. Then a lady (apparently the manager) came out and we went around and around as to who was at fault. They were pushing extremely hard on me to accept that we were at fault. It felt strange, but I didn't realize what they were doing. They said we would have to pay them $100; however, not only was it not our fault, there was no damage to their gate. They also said they may contact their corporate office and that they take these things very serious. I made it very clear that I wasn't going to pay them anything and that we did nothing wrong. Then all of the sudden their behavior towards me completely changed. They were shaking my hand, smiling, joking, and offered us water and candy. The lady even complimented my muscles out of the blue, which is just not something normal people do. It all felt odd. What they were doing still didn't register in my mind (I'm too trusting and naive I guess). However, later I realized that they were trying to extort money out of me by using psychological tactics to pressure me. The problem is that I can't prove this, but I am absolutely certain that this is what they were doing. Also, they had this routine down (it was actually impressive) like they have done this to other people before. I'm not a lawyer, but according to Google, extortion of $100 in Texas carries a fine of up to $2000 and 180 days in jail. Also, I have a disability, so that's an aggravating factor that bumps it up to a Class A misdemeanor, which carries a fine up to $4000 and a year in jail. I doubt anyone will ever be able to prove their intent behind what they are doing, but I wholeheartedly believe they knew exactly what they were doing and it's wrong. Very wrong. I know it can be hard to get by financially sometimes, but we can't resort to trying to exploit each other. It's really despicable. I strongly recommend people avoid this place.

There were roof problems in some units, mine included, and the staff, particularly Mikeulyn, has been enormously helpful. It is difficult for me to visit the site and she has helped arrange movement of our 3 units contents to new units that were not damaged in the storm. A big hats off for Mikeulyn and also for Vanessa, in their corporate offices, with helping lock on the new units too. I will continue to keep my things stored there for a long time. If you are on the edge about where to store YOUR stuff, this is a great place!

I moved out and cancelled my lease because I was already being severely overcharged by your company. For a long time I was being charged $209+tax. When I called your office to point out to you that I was being overcharged based on the pricing listed on your website, I was told that my pricing would not be lowered to your advertised price, and only reduced to $190. The current advertised price for the same exact enclosed space that I had, is for $153 per month, and it very clearly states NO OBLIGATION. It does not say that it is a move in special, or limited time offer, or only applying to new move-ins. Still a full $37 per month over your current pricing. I have been charged substantially more than your current pricing. It also appears I have been being charged a $12 per month "protection fee" which I only realized recently. Apparently your website does not show itemized billing on demand, and it is also not allowing me to go back and look at previous statements for itemization. I finally found some previous invoices in my email. When I noticed that, I initially thought it was for the physical security on premise, which was apparently installed and being monitored by an unlicensed security company. After some digging, I found out I'm being charged for some sort of a protection plan because you did not have a copy of my trailers insurance on file. I have had insurance since I bought the trailer in 2019. So in addition to being overcharged on the monthly space, I've also been overcharged by that $12 per month. That "protection fee" did not appear until AFTER I called in to discuss being overcharged in the first place. I consider that being charged a retaliatory fee for raising the issue. And since the optimization is not available on your website, it appears that you were intentionally trying to hide that from me. I have never received a notice that that fee was going to be charged to me. I have also not been sent a physical invoice since these changes were made, which also tells me you were intentionally not wanting to show me that fee.

I would highly suggest shopping for other junk removal companies as they take advantage of the location. Look at any of the other "1" reviews. They are factual about over pricing for the value.

The previous owner told us she just had the propane tank filled at the end of September so we should be good through about May..So being the people we are...we believed her. No reason for her to lie about this we had already bought the home. We moved in in November. On September 17, 2024, once the home went pending... we called Ferrell Gas to set up an account for October 5, when we would be closing on the home. We set up our profile etc..but for some reason they never set up our account...But we were told that was all we needed to do to get it changed over. In January.. our propane ran out...It was in the 30's and in the 20's at night. We called them and told them our situation and they told us we didn't have an account...WHAT? Ummm we set one up and they said they saw where we called but the account wasn't fully set up by THEIR representative!!! But they had our profile in their system. They also told us there was an issue with the account with the previous owner. I asked what it was. Was told that she leased the tank...(for 12 years) and still owed $840 on it,. No problem...if that is what it takes to get heat in my home I will pay it off. I was told this on day 4...of making calls daily. (Each time I was told someone would get back to me,..no one ever got back with me!) They couldn't tell me this one day one! So now I own the tank. I was told they would be out in 12 days to fill the tank. Again I told them I was out...They told me they would "get back to me" to see if they could come sooner. For the next 5 days I called THEM to see if I could get some help. After talking with 6 other people for help over the 5 days period...I finally got a woman who HELPED me. She could heard how upset I and frustrated I was to the point of tears. She told me since I know own the tank I could get anyone I wanted to fill it up. She told me I wouldn't get the paperwork on the tank for up to 2 weeks...and I would need this in order to get fuel from someone else. I toler he I never received anything that I bought the tank..not even a receipt...So she sent me an email for proof that I had purchased it as she said she wouldn't want anyone to do this to her Mother! Bless this young lady. So I called a local company here in Fort Worth JOE RIDER PROPANE and they came out that very day...worked me into their schedule...everyone was out on deliveries ....so the owner came out and took care of us!!! That's a company who takes great care of their customers even new customers! With in 2.5 hours we had a safety inspection done and a full tank of propane! It gave me great joy to call Ferrill Gas back and tell them to cancel my order and account! You won't believe what they then said...well since its an emergency.... we can get out there first thing in the morning....!!! WHAT! What happened to not being able to come for another 6 days...I would NEVER EVER do business with this company! EVER! I told them no way...cancel my account. It's now been 4 hours since we got our tank full by Joe Rider Propane and we are finally warm after 6 days of freezing! If you're looking for a propane company....Call a company who cares and is VERY Professional and takes good care of you. JOE RIDER 817-237-3325 save yourself much frustration and headache! (My mother is renting a unit from another company in springtown and those have been major issues). Anchor Storage even has a dumpstation, air/water near office. Any issues that have arise Anchor Storage has address in a very timely manner. I feel confident that my possessions store at Anchor Storage are keep safe, pest free, dry just like the day we put them in. I would highly recommend Anchor Storage for any storage needs.

It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. We signed on the spot. Needing the use of their truck, we set a day/time to pick it up. We hired someone to do the actual moving, and he showed up at the appointed time. No one was there and the office remained locked up...most all day. We lost between 3-4 hours while we came up with plan B, which involved renting a U-Haul truck. The assistant manager called today to ask if we still needed the truck. Uh, no. She offered no reason why she was not on duty when she should have been. Nor did she offer to reimburse the price of the truck we had to rent because of their mistake. As I said earlier, their facilities are top notch, and ease of use is excellent. However, going forward, we will remain wary of their customer service promises. As a new customer, we are really not impressed.
