Took my new car in for a full vehicle PPF and ceramic. When I came to pick it up, there were a few…read morespots on the car that where the wrap wasn't tucked as I would have expected, some bubbling on the mirror and a small scratch on the door from them cutting the PPF. The team agreed to correct everything and towed my car to a body shop to get the scratch fixed. After everything was fixed, pick up the car and they gave me a discount for my trouble (without me asking). I'd trust them to do this again because even if there is an issue, they'll make sure it's done right.
