I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Couldn't be happier, frankly. Jake is extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, and does a very thorough and professional job.
