I called just to make sure the techs were still coming and the secretary told me they rescheduled me for the next day. No phone call. No text. No nothing. People rearrange schedules and take off of work for appointments. It is both parties responsibility to uphold an appointment. Evidently Pool and Spa Depot don't feel that way. They explained what was and was not included. I did shop around.Their price was the best of all that I compared it to. They were recommended to me by two people I knew personally. If I ever call for advice, I always hear back. They open and close my pool each year. I don't trust anyone else to do it. I had another pool before this one and had to have several costly repairs. I have only had minor problems with this one and they either fixed them or told me what I could do to fix it myself.

One of the pipes was cracked, apparently during installation, and we kept informing him that we were having to add water frequently. Initially he claimed it was evaporation due to the high temperatures. Finally, he had a leak detection company come out to assess what was wrong. He told us they didn't find anything wrong. We knew this had to be inaccurate so we sought a second opinion on our own. We hired American Leak Detection to come out and assess the issues. Unbeknownst to us American Leak Detection was the same company he hired but when they came the first time they didn't complete the full process of detecting the leak because they were told by Clarksville Pools that the issue was resolved. That was not true. Clarksville Pools was not charged anything for the first visit since the work order was canceled when the technicians arrived at our home. Jim was present during the first visit and we were not present. The second time American Leak Detection came to our home they did a full evaluation of all of the pool equipment and discovered a pipe was cracked which was causing us to loose a significant amount of water. They also detected issues with the main drains in the pool. Clarksville Pools was contacted while American Leak Detection was present and I informed them of the issues. I asked Jim for a copy of the report from the first visit but he never provided it. He assured us that he would take of all of the cost associated with the second visit to include the cost of the repairs. He stated this in front of the guys that were completing the repairs. He told me to contact American Leak Detection and let them know he would pay the bill. The bill was $1345 but Clarksville Pools only paid $400. Clarksville Pools contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against American Leak Detection, which was unnecessary and very unprofessional. American Leak Detection did a great job identifying the issues and fixing them. He only contacted the Better Business Bureau because he didn't want to pay the bill in full. I have so many people that ask us who did our pool because we have a corner lot and the pool is visible from the street. I will never recommend Clarksville Pools because they are unprofessional and they did not do what they said they would do to resolve the issues. Find another company to install your pool!

Needless to say, the bottom of my pool as ruts and lumps all over it. I left a message with the company and they never got back with me. Now dirt and debris settles in these places and it is impossible to keep it clean. I am very disappointed with the results.
