The sitters vary but all are enthusiastic based on the reports they leave. After every visit the sitter leaves a note of when they came and left and what they did. They also usually text us an update and a picture of our birds. We come back to a stack of reports. The sitter stays a while after the food, water, and paper are changed to make sure the birds aren't acting weird, and I hear that some singing goes on. We've never had a problem and have be accommodated at very short notice when we want to go away for the weekend. I highly recommend this company. 1/27/20 Update: Just used them again during a ten day trip to Hawaii. I'm pretty sure our birds are in love with Alex, who came for most oF the visits. Now they are just stuck with us. As always, a great experience and we love being able to travel without any worries.

We have tried other groomers and he is usually very nervous during and after the grooming experience. As a result he would often have some uneven cuts and if not we would have complaints about him being wiggly or reports of him crying. When we arrived to pick up our pup from Rufflections he was happy, his tail was not tucked, he was wagging and completely relaxed! Dee also helped us find an excellent training place that has helped steer us in the direction of therapy dog for our latest rescue.
