We had 1800 sq ft to play with and was able to finalize a design within our budget and stuck to it! During the construction, the team was extremely efficient and got all the work done quickly. They were extremely nice to work with and constantly kept us involved at every turn to make sure we were happy with the work along the way. (I'm a control freak so this was greatly appreciated). His paperwork is confused, messy and unclear, who knows whether intentionally or due to sheer incompetence. He left our yard filled with construction debris after a year's worth of work. They have an excellent staff that does an excellent job of planning and executing the work. Recently Timberline did an excellent job helping us to plan and complete a basement remodel. This included adding a kitchen, upgrading the bathroom, as well as a general upgrade of doors, flooring and ceiling molding - throughout. All exceed our expectations. In addition, they did an excellent job in upgrading one room to a Movie/Media center, with ceiling molding and wall plates to hide wiring related to the Media components and Surround System. The Office, Project Manager, Site Manager, and Carpenters all did an excellent job of planning and coordinating the work. They were responsive to our needs and adjustments during construction. All their sub-contractors did excellent work and acted in a highly professional manner. I highly recommend Timberline as a General Contractor. We needed drywall in the unfinished portion of our basement. We contemplated doing it ourselves, but with material cost, we agreed we'd have a much better experience if we just contracted it out. Wow, was that the right decision!! H Drywall wasn't the cheapest quote we received, but I felt like Hector took his time with the quote and really understood what we wanted. From contract signing to delivery of drywall was 7 days, and work started that afternoon. 7 days later (5 working days, plus the weekend), the job is complete and ready for paint. It looks INCREDIBLE. I can't rave enough about the team--every single day, they arrived on-time and worked hard. They were so respectful of our home, too; they even brought their own microwave and plugged it in outside for their food, even though they absolutely could have used our microwave in the kitchen! The clean-up was extensive, and the only issues we had were a damaged light switch and a missing puck light--both of which were reimbursed in the final invoice. This is an honest, incredible company where the folks actually care about the job, and prioritize meticulous efficiency. I am delighted we chose them, and I'll be singing their praises for years! Original contractor put in a framed wavy wood ceiling and H Drywallers replaced with steel channels to give a uniform smooth ceiling.
