    Our Antique Rolls Royce with the blown out tire on the side of Route 80 on our wedding day.

    My husband and I hired Bluestreak Limousine company for the transportation for our January 2019 wedding. We reserved the Antique Rolls Royce for us (bride and groom) and the Escalade stretch limo for our bridal party. The ride from the house to the church was fine, everything went as planned, unfortunately we cannot say the same for the ride from the church to the reception. During the drive to the reception on Route 80 West, while driving at a speed of 80 MPH in the second from the left lane, the left rear tire of the Antique Rolls Royce blew. Fortunately, the driver remained calm and was able to keep us from getting into a serious/life threatening accident. The driver then had to pull to the side of Route 80 and proceeded to ask us for our cell phone, because he did not have one with him. After sitting on the side of Route 80 in a broken down car for 15 minutes, the Escalade limo turned around to pick us up. We then drive the rest of the way (40 minutes) to reach our venue. After arriving, incredibly shaken by the experience, the Escalade limo driver followed my husband and the groomsmen into the venue and proceeded to demand a tip. We were obviously going to tip, but we were taking a couple minutes to compose ourselves after such a scary experience. Despite everything that happened, we enjoyed the rest of our night and awaited a phone call from the limo company the next morning. To our surprise, we woke up to no emails or phone calls regarding the life threatening event that happened on our wedding day. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them until the end of our honeymoon, which was 10 days following the incident. At that point we still had no contact from Blue Streak Limousine. My husband then called and the woman had not even heard about the incident and assured us the owners would contact us. We waited 2 weeks .. no phone call. We called them back and explained that we never received a phone call. Following the conversation, we finally received a call from the owner, who offered us a free ride to a dinner and that was it. We expressed that my husband is a professional athlete and we are traveling the country for 9 months out of the year .. and even if we didn't travel majority of the year, why would we want to ride in their limos with our prior experience? There was no other offer made and we requested monetary compensation for the incomplete trip that let to a lack of wedding photos. One of the reasons we booked the Rolls Royce was to have time alone together on our wedding day as well as the beautiful pictures that we would have gotten in front of our venue. Overall, the experience with Blue Streak Limousine has not been great. If you are looking for a company that is committed to completing their job and following through on their contract, then this is not the company for you.

    Maggots in the water vessels and late for pick ups with no communication to the hotel. I am so disgusted. Missed wedding ceremony. Rudest driver.

    Since Sean and Patty's limo are not responding and I have no choice but to go on the internet on…read moreevery informational sight and leave a absolutely true and honest account of what happened on May 13 th 2021. Including the pictures of all the bruises all over My 78 year old mother body. She's been in pain ever since the incident. We have yet to see a incident report of any kind and not even as much as a apology or call of concern from and management or owners. Therefore I will be reporting you to any media , better business bureau , Yelp ext. also and most importantly legal representation will be sought! These pictures are from today May 19th these pictures are what she looks like 6 days after the incident your drive caused my mother and your company is dismissing. How would you feel if this was your mother or wife? This conformation clearly states a town car will be picking her up and your company sent a party bus. There was no communication of any other vehicle changes. The driver saw she was clearly has trouble getting around due to her age and recent surgery yet he still pushed that she gets in this high giant bus and her had to help her physically to do so. Then insisted she stepped on this child booster seat to get out which he didn't even hold in place so it slipped out from under her so fell out of this party bus into traffic at the airport. She was completely on the ground! There was no help called to tend to her in anyway. A passing bystander stopped to help her off the ground. She was completely flustered and upset. This entire thing is unacceptable!

    I used this company back in November and it for the most part was great (they showed up w no car…read moreseats for pick up than but not anything too crazy). About a month or so ago I booked them for a trip for 2 weeks ago I had booked them to pick my family of 5 up to take us to JFK airport. Since the experience the first time was ok I figured I would use them again and I figured it would be easier than driving into the city with an 1 , 5 and 6 year old and dealing w the added stress and high price to park the car. I got a call at 9:30 at night the night before I left. I didn't respond right away because I was hosting a fundraising event. I also got a text. I answered right when I saw it around 11 at night and said I never got a confirmation. No response to my text. The next day no one showed up for pick up. I called after waiting I texted and left a message. My husband called and left a message as well. I also then wrote an e mail, sent one or two more texts. No response. After waiting for 30 min we had to leave and we're forced to take our car into the city and we were stressing. When I landed I wrote another text and again no response. I was concerned that I would get charged for a service I never got a courtesy response no apology. I wrote another e mail and again no response . I'm not about bashing businesses but not one response is horrible and unprofessional.rushing into the city with young kids and nearly late to our flight because my husband had to drop us off and park the car when we scheduled a service is ridiculous. You messed up and didn't pick us up it's fine but how about a reliance and an apology?!?
