Please don't let the past reviews deter you, I booked Blue Streak for my wedding limo and party bus for the post-wedding festivities. And let me tell you, we had a blast! The drivers were accommodating and Scotty helped me out every step of the way. Scotty is honest about what he can be flexible with and what he cannot. My wife got a party bus for my 30th birthday on 9/21/19. We thought the bus was nice however the bathroom smelled. The driver even agreed and took the bus to get detailed and "cleaned" while we were off the bus due to the odor. When we went to exit the bus my wife spoke to the driver about a bag of chips that exploded and the driver laughed stating he has seen much worse parties then this on a bus it's not a problem. We tipped the driver extra AND attempted to clean prior to leaving the bus but he stated it wasn't necessary. Not even a week later the company calls and hits us with a $350.00 "cleaning fee" which is not outlined anywhere. When we disputed it based on the drivers comments to us the company stated there was nothing they could do. We paid nearly $2000.00 for a party bus and it got messy. It's a party bus after all maybe the company doesn't realize that but be aware if you do anything but sit like angels on this bus they will charge you a BS cleaning fee. For the money I would 100% go elsewhere or maybe they shouldn't have a party bus in their fleet any longer. read more

The bus avoided all highways until we yelled and screamed. I was an hour late to my wedding, lost an hour of sunlight of photography and video, and ruined my morning. The cherry on top of the cake was their horrendous customer service and refusal to take responsibility for not telling me ahead of time that "the bus has to take certain routes"!!! My husband and I hired Bluestreak Limousine company for the transportation for our January 2019 wedding. We reserved the Antique Rolls Royce for us (bride and groom) and the Escalade stretch limo for our bridal party. The ride from the house to the church was fine, everything went as planned, unfortunately we cannot say the same for the ride from the church to the reception. During the drive to the reception on Route 80 West, while driving at a speed of 80 MPH in the second from the left lane, the left rear tire of the Antique Rolls Royce blew. Fortunately, the driver remained calm and was able to keep us from getting into a serious/life threatening accident. The driver then had to pull to the side of Route 80 and proceeded to ask us for our cell phone, because he did not have one with him. After sitting on the side of Route 80 in a broken down car for 15 minutes, the Escalade limo turned around to pick us up. We then drive the rest of the way (40 minutes) to reach our venue. After arriving, incredibly shaken by the experience, the Escalade limo driver followed my husband and the groomsmen into the venue and proceeded to demand a tip. We were obviously going to tip, but we were taking a couple minutes to compose ourselves after such a scary experience. Despite everything that happened, we enjoyed the rest of our night and awaited a phone call from the limo company the next morning. To our surprise, we woke up to no emails or phone calls regarding the life threatening event that happened on our wedding day. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them until the end of our honeymoon, which was 10 days following the incident. At that point we still had no contact from Blue Streak Limousine. My husband then called and the woman had not even heard about the incident and assured us the owners would contact us. We waited 2 weeks .. no phone call. We called them back and explained that we never received a phone call. Following the conversation, we finally received a call from the owner, who offered us a free ride to a dinner and that was it. We expressed that my husband is a professional athlete and we are traveling the country for 9 months out of the year .. and even if we didn't travel majority of the year, why would we want to ride in their limos with our prior experience? There was no other offer made and we requested monetary compensation for the incomplete trip that let to a lack of wedding photos. One of the reasons we booked the Rolls Royce was to have time alone together on our wedding day as well as the beautiful pictures that we would have gotten in front of our venue. Overall, the experience with Blue Streak Limousine has not been great. If you are looking for a company that is committed to completing their job and following through on their contract, then this is not the company for you. read more

Attended a birthday party recently that coordinated with this limo service and it did not even meet basic accommodations. The bus had about 5 cans of warm ginger ale and seltzer water. There was no ice and no bathroom. The drivers (yes, multiple who don't know how to use a GPS) were lost on several occasions and asked random residents for direction which only prolonged the time to the next destination and in conclusion, shortened the plans for the day. Maybe this was planned purposely so that we would run over the time limit and be charged more.... who knows. Lastly, the manager was rude over the phone and dismissive. It's 2021!! We shouldn't be dealing with bad costumer service. Seems to only be money hungry! Please be wary about booking this service as your day may be ruined. read more

Easy booking .tina is very nice but I would recommend you see the bus before booking because our party bus had no bathroom . Which was very annoying the bus had to stop 3 times for a 2 hour drive . Which cause us to be super late to venue. Also clean up before departing because they charged my friend $350 . I use a 22 limo for my birthday last year and it was completely trashed and I didn't get charged a fee. Only booked here because he thought he was getting a deal . Booked these guys for my bday with friends. I would never use them again. Highly recommend to stay away and make sure to get everything in writing. We had a group of 17 people. First the bus itself had no air conditioning so we were all sweating like crazy because it was extremely hot. On top of no air, we weren't allowed to open the windows through the bus which was even worse. We could have dehydrated. Second issue: The driver was not even given information on where to go. He just randomly put something in and took us to the wrong location 20 miles away. We were over an hour late because he put in wrong address even when we asked him in beginning. Third: I was on the call when this bus was booked and it was to be roundtrip. The bus driver never showed up to pick us up at the end of the day. We called and they said it would take 2-3 hours to get a bus driver to go. If we booked roundtrip why would we not get roundtrip access ? We ended up taking expensive cabs back to the city. I am the mother of the bride. The wedding was October 28. We booked buses to run until 2 AM so that the guests could be picked up at the venue and brought to two different hotels, one which was an after party. Guestd that attended the after party would be picked up at 2 AM and brought back to the hotel where they were staying. The buses obviously had to wait for guests to leave the venue. when I walked out of the venue I went up to a bus driver and asked him what hotel he was going to, which he replied he is going to both of them. While I was sitting on the bus, I overheard him telling someone else that he is no longer going to both venues because of the time. He said it was too late. Mind you, it was 12:00.Therefore, I had to get off the bus and so did other guests because he was no longer going to where we had to go. The buses never brought anyone to the after party. Nor did they come at 2 AM to the after party to bring anyone back. Uber's had to be ordered and paid for. In a conversation, the owner said that per the driver, people were getting off the bus and not going back on. When he failed to say was that people, including myself, got off the bus because he made the announcement he was not going to both venues anymore. The bus that held 55 people left when it was only half full causing the bus I was on to be over crowded with people sitting on the floor and standing up the entire ride. The owner then complained that we did not give a tip to the drivers. What he doesn't know is that my intent was to tip the drivers at the end of the night when they came back to the after party at 2:00 AM, which they never did. So that is why I was not there to give a tip, because they weren't there. I find it awful that the owner of this company would not even take this situation seriously, as he only took into consideration what his drivers told him. But as the mother of the bride, I would not make any of this up. I would never recommend this company because the customer is not important obviously. If the owner would reimburse us for the hour and a half not used, because of his drivers not doing the job, I would probably tell him to take that extra money and give it to his drivers as a tip instead of sending it to me! read more

Well the wedding was 10/28, so I am just receiving feed back from guests, so this is in addition to prior complaints of this limo company, my guests were being driven from hotel to after party venue, which was in a different hotel, on trip to venue driver of bus missed the exit and pulled into a convenient store and told the passengers to get off the bus and walk to the venue, these were older adults and many were teachers. Well thank God they refused to get off of bus until the driver had no choice but to turn the bus around and DUE WHAT HE WAS PAID TO DO! My last response on this review was taken down so I hope you see this one before it is taken down . Also last min. Contract was to have 2 55 seats, well that was not delivered. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The party bus arrived 46 min late at 1:46 pm when it was supposed to promptly arrive at 1:00pm. However, we did not actually get on the road until much later because the drivers assistant, Art did not know how to connect the audio so that we could play music. Secondly, I was told per Scotty that the bus would be FULLY stocked with water and ice, which there was not. There were a few sparkling seltzers and ginger ale but absolutely no ice. I gave a detailed itinerary to Scotty weeks before my event that was not followed. What was supposed to be a 40 minute ride from the pick up location to the first winery turned into almost an hour. We had reservations that we almost lost at 2:00pm for Benmarl winery because the driver "missed the exit", which I do not understand since they were supposedly following a GPS system. One of our guests noticed we were going over the Newburgh Beacon bridge, which is completely out of the way from our 1st destination. If they had not noticed that, we couldve been driving for much longer. The driver dropped us off at the bottom of the hill to get to the first winery where my guests and I had to walk about half a mile to get to the winery, which is completely unacceptable because the bus could have easily dropped us off. We stayed at Benmarl Winery for 1 hour and told the driver and Art to pick us up at 4pm, which he did. When we got back on the bus, multiple guests noticed the smell of marijuana, which is completely illegal to drive under those conditions and absolutely unacceptable, especially when I paid $1500 to get to the planned destinations. Art confirmed that the next winery, Robibero Winery, was 30 min away. We switched the order of the 2nd and 3rd winery because we realized Robibero Winery was closer to Benmarl Winery. This 30 min trip would've been ideal, but we were disappointed yet again. My guests and I were in the bus for 2 hours because yet again, the drivers got lost and had to pull over twice to ask random people for directions. What was so hard about following the GPS directions? And why were we told that the bus "could not go on highways" AFTER the fact everything was payed for and we complained? Also, how is it that "the bus couldnt go on the highway" but we went on the NYS Thruway and I-84, both considered highways? Something is clearly not adding up. We were planning on going to Robibero Winery after Benmarl but being that we were in the bus for 2 hours, by the time we got there, they were going to be closed. Instead, we went to Magnanini Winery. On the way there, I called Scotty to inform him of the major inconveniences that we endured and we were given nothing but attitude, unprofessionalism and a lack of understanding which as a business owner, is absolutely unacceptable. Once arriving at Magnanini winery close to 6:30, 2 of my guests spoke to Mike, who was Art and the drivers boss. Again, we were shown disrespect and a huge lack of professionalism. We were told that we either go home now or we would have to pay for an extra hour, which is $300 cash. We told the bus to leave because at this point we were so fed up and found our own transportation home, costing us even more money. Horrible limo company!!! (if only I could give zero stars). We used them for our wedding in August last year. Where do I start? 1. My fiancé booked a rolls royce limo, and the week of the wedding, they called him and offered him a rolls royce convertible limo. He accepted, thinking it would be a great surprise for me. They assured him it was the same type of limo but the top goes down. The CAR (NOT even a limo) was so run down. The top did not close completely & the AC hardly worked - not a good combination for a hot & humid August day in NY. Also, one of the back windows was shattered so you could not even see out of it. 2. because it was just a convertible car, there was no leg room or space for me, my sister and my wedding dress. 3. the driver did not know where he was going. I had to give him directions! 4. when we got to the church, he rudely started seeking me out, asking if I had an "envelope" for him. he wanted to get paid before the night was even complete?!! he then sought after my fiancé, hoping he would pay him. How unprofessional and thoughtless! 5. when we were done with our ceremony, he met us at the back of the church to tell us that his CAR BROKE DOWN!!! no wonder he was trying to collect his money earlier. also, you would've thought he would've tried to get a replacement car during our ceremony. but NO!! instead, we got a ride from one of our guests to our reception hall because they told him a replacement would not be there for hours!! 6. in the middle of our reception, he shows up and tell us he got a replacement limo (the kind we originally booked) and requests to be paid. At that point, we realize we already did not receive the limo service we were promised and that it made no sense to pay him for the full day, only to have him drive us home to our apartment 15 min away. My husband felt bad not giving him anything, so he still paid him half of what we owed - I guess to compensate the driver for his time. But if it were up to me, he would've gotten nothing. Why should we compensate him or the company when we were not fully notified about what type of limo we were getting? Why would they even think it was ok to use such a run down car? No reputable company would EVER send something so horrid. This had the potential to ruin one of the biggest days of our lives. Luckily, I was so happy that day that I did not let it get to me. Don't use this company as there are plenty of great services in the city for less money and better limos. Started off good with the person on the phone Scotty I believe. But when Sammy the (driver) and the limo showed I explained to the driver what we wanted to do which was take a scenic route through the city on our way to Brooklyn. Well he looked at me and just said where are you going and he needs the address. I gave him the address and he took us the fastest route, fine no worries. The limo it self was totally run down and beat up on the inside, speakers blown, lights just kept flicking on and off. Went to use the champagne glasses and there was lipstick on them. Overall Just plain dirty! On the way back from Brooklyn my wife asked the driver to take us through lower Manhattan to Wall Street and Chelsea area on our way to our show which was our final destination and guess what he proceeded to follow his phone gps to the destination. Ended up getting to our location 2 hours early with nothing to do and it was an hour early of what I had payed for. After our experience I would say that no one needs to use this service as they don't seem to want to put the customer first. read more

Had to drive ourselves the second time to not miss the plane which is very stressful when you're not prepared for it. Didn't get a straight answer as to where the driver was. Shady Shady Shady. Unprofessional. Do not book. I booked a bus for my husband's birthday. I spoke to Lisa over the phone to book. The original verbal agreement was that a bus was supposed to pick us up in NYC, drop us off at Greenwood Lake, and pick us up again at Greenwood Lake to drop us off in the city. First shady thing - she quoted me a number (with a deposit) and I told her I had to speak with my husband about it before booking. After I spoke with my husband, I called Lisa back to book. She gave me a higher quote. I told her I would have to call back (at this point I was already feeling uncomfortable but wanted to get this over with since I had already quoted 10 other places). Second shady thing - Lisa told me that I would have to pay the deposit, and then the rest of the total in cash. I told her there was absolutely no way I was going to pay someone in cash, with no proof, and no way to protect myself. She then said I could book online, but had to do it through some janky website. I didn't get a contract or anything before paying, but I verbally confirmed with her that we were doing a ROUND TRIP. She confirmed and I booked through the website. When the driver arrived at our pickup location, he pulled me aside and told me that the air conditioner was broken. In June. In NYC. With a bus full of 18 people. There were no windows on the van to open and at this point, it was too late. No one called to mention the broken AC otherwise I would have just canceled (which I'm sure they knew and that's why they never called). The driver apologized and said that he told them the ac didn't work but they didn't care. Two hours sitting in traffic with no AC or windows or moving air, people were becoming lethargic and really upset. The bottles of water they provided were HOT. Not lukewarm. Hot. Turns out, the driver put in the wrong directions and made us another 45 minutes late to our booking. We booked a boat for the day and had to pay for each hour. We lost out on $450 by the time we got to the lake. Before leaving the bus, the driver told us that another driver would be there to pick us up at 5. I never mentioned a time to him so I just assumed that he knew the time that I booked. By the time it was time to be picked up, my husband called the company to make sure they were running on time and then we were told that we only booked a one-way trip. We were livid. My husband tried to get them to send someone and they kept putting him on hold about a dozen times. At that point, I spoke with Lisa and told her that she needed to fix her mistake because there were a bunch of people stranded in NJ (Ride sharing apps were not available in that area). She then told me it would be another $1,000 to drive back. There was no way in hell I was going to pay more to be suffocated in a van stuck in traffic. They just kept saying that "it was in the contract". I did not receive a contract. I have reported them to the BBB. Their shady practices are intentional so that you get screwed out of your money. It is obvious they do not care about the people that pay them to use their services. MONEY HUNGEY By far the most unprofessional "business" I've dealt with ever. The birthday girl planned out an itinerary that was no where near accommodated. We had plans to attend 3 different spots, only made it to two of the spots bc the drivers "couldn't take certain roads" (why the fuck wouldn't you tell the customer booking the service that so they can plan a more efficient route?) When I called Scottie, he was very rude, unprofessional and didn't take accountability at all. Tried to tell me that the bus pulled up at 1:05pm bc they have "satellite gps on the bus" when in reality we had guests from the city arrive at 1:30pm and the bus was still not present. Bus arrived at 1:45pm and we had 2pm reservations, missed those tho. Next spot was suppose to be a 40 min ride....2 fuckin hour ride. After we got back from the first spot the bus smelled like smoke and WE only had alcohol on the bus...maybe that's why we missed our exit and were on the bus for an additional 1.5 hours. This is just a few of the many problems we encountered on our 4, what was suppose to be 5, hour bus ride. His cheap ass was only willing to squeeze an extra 30 minutes & anything over that we'd have to pay the hourly rate. WE GOT LEFT AT OUR LAST STOP BC WE REFUSED TO PAY. Blue Streak was simply amazing! I had a surprise NYC night for my husband's 50th. My head count kept going up and down. They were so accommodating and helpful over the phone. When the car arrived ( a stretch Hummer that I highly recommend spending extra for) we were like teenagers again. The driver was a complete POS, after taking the bridal party to the wrong destination he ve came nasty and irritated. After 20 mins of arguing he decided he was going to drive where he was hired to drive us. Only problem was he pulled the bus over on th side of Route 24 where my wife had to walk threw 2 inches of mud in her wedding dress to get to a family members vehicle so that we could get to our reception. Called back cause of lack of confirmation email and there being no record of it and they Talked me into a "van" from a limo cause we had a party of 5 and bags would not fit. Was not happy with the service we received for our wedding. Did not send the car that we ordered. We had a very large group and they car they sent held less than we ordered and some people ended up getting left behind on the way to the wedding from the hotel. One of the drivers was very inexperienced. They wouldn't listen to the wedding venue when they told them people were still inside but the driver left anyway with 15 people aboard a 55 person bus. Just was not a good experience and cannot recommend them. read more

I consider myself lucky because the only aspect of my Wedding that went without a hitch was our Shuttle Service. I am kicking myself though, because I would've never hired Blue Streak if I read these reviews ahead of time. Our situation was VERY similar to the stories below ... The day before my wedding, I confirmed our CONTRACTED Coach Bus to shuttle our guests from our hotel to our venue for our Ceremony (2 trips). At the end of the conversation, I could tell that the employee was trying to push the Party Bus on me - I adamantly said NO, because we paid for the Coach Bus, and did not want a Party Bus transporting our relatives. Fast forward to 30 minutes before the ceremony ... one of the Groomsmen got a photo text of his young son on the Party Bus in front of a Stripper Pole. Blue Streak sent the Party Bus instead of the Coach Bus anyways, without our knowledge or any communication regarding the change, and I was on the phone with them literally minutes before walking down the aisle. Since there was nothing that I could do at this point, I instructed them to make sure they went back for the second pick-up so that the remaining guests could get to the Ceremony. Turns out the Bus was late for the second pick-up, our 2nd round of guests ended up missing our Ceremony, AND the Party Bus that they used was dirty and had Maggots in one of the coolers (our guests took photos) ! Our Wedding Day was otherwise perfection, so we didn't allow this to affect our day, however we knew we needed to address this since we did not get what we paid for, and some of our family members were very upset to miss the Ceremony. My husband called when we got back from our Honeymoon, and experienced some of the WORST customer service of his life. He was told that we received the Party Bus because the AC on the Coach Bus wasn't working (thanks for letting us know ahead of time!), and did not receive any sort of apology. The representatives also claimed that our guests were LYING and that the driver was at the Hotel on time for the 2nd pick-up, but no one was outside ... they went so far as to say that the driver went into the Hotel Lobby to check with the Front Desk, and no guests were there. We ended up calling our Hotel, and they went through the Security Footage for us, and confirmed that no driver went inside the lobby, and that our guests were waiting that whole time! In the end, Blue Streak agreed to give us a ridiculously low refund (only for the maggots!) and said we could take them to court if we wanted more money ... nice right? Mistakes happen and can be understood, but the lack of professionalism and disrespect we were shown after this mishap was absolutely appalling. Used this car service to take me to Newark Airport. Pick up was late, but I made it to my flight in time. Scotty called me to apologize for the late pick up, and offered me 50% of my return trip, plus a free upgrade to a stretch limo. I had no problems with my return trip, in fact, my flight landed almost an hour early, I was worried I would have to wait for the car service, but the driver was already at the airport waiting for me. I wish I could give zero stars- save yourself the trouble and don't book with this company. First the bus showed up a half hour late. Then the driver had the heat on - on a 90 degree day. My daughter and friends were sweating like crazy and the driver and owner were arguing with me and my daughter that she Touched a wrong button - the air wasn't working Is what was wrong. I asked for a refund and they only gave me a partial amount - about a third. By far the worst experience ever. They should be out of business. read more

We used Blue Streak for a surprise birthday party event. Blue Streak was helpful in the planning process and very accomodating. Worst service ever confirm reservation in January for Mother's Day in April Scott ask me to consider giving up my bus to another customer for $750 worth of undergarments I refused his offer On. I had a horrific experience with Blue Streak Limo. I booked a 42 passenger party bus a month in advance for my event that took place on July 9th 2016. The company stated they were going to send me a contract and I called 4 different times to receive the contract and the night before my event the owner Sylvia sent me the contract. My event was suppose to start at 730 am and at 700 am they notified me about an accident that took place at 500 am. They stated that I would see it on the news and the owner Sylvia asked me if I wanted to cancel my event, and that she was calling other drivers and no body wanted to drive. However she do have a regular charter bus that she is willing to send and she was charging me the same price for a party bus. (In which a charter bus and party bus is about $700-$1000 difference in price). Not only did the charter bus arrive an hour and 30 minutes late, we had to make our trip shorter because of our late arrival. The charter bus that arrived the seats were torn, the DVD player did not work, nor did the radio work it was very distorted. The driver was using his keys to try and push the DVD into the player to see if it would work, he then turned to me and told me to use something to push it and make it work. Driving out of a parking lot returning home the driver ran over a pole that was embedded into the pavement and took it completely off, my guest started asking the driver did he buy his license. Lastly this morning on July 11th 2016 I called Blue Streak Limo and spoke with Sylvia and her manager (I didn't get his name) and complained and asked them to compensate for their unprofessional behavior, I also informed them that I was going to place a review on the website and the manager threatened me that if I put a bad review about the company he was going to sue me for slander and deformation of character. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I do not think it was fair of them to give me 30 mins to decide if I am going to cancel, they pretty much left me no option but to get the charter bus. At that time my guest were already en-route to meet the bus for 730, and also I purchased the tickets for the amusement park 3 days prior. How can I cancel a special day for a 6 year old how do I explain that to her as she was getting dressed to meet the bus. I am totally disappointed of how unprofessional this encounter was, if they knew they couldn't provide the service they should have notified me so I can take my business else where. This was embarrassing that my guest was expecting one thing and we got something else. I will try an post pictures of the seats of the charter bus sent and also the pictures of the so called accident they sent me and by the way I tried to research the accident and nothing came up. They provided a driver who was rude, did not abide to the contract, and threw a cigarette at my husband after refusing to go back to the hotel and get the remaining guests- who did not make it to the ceremony. They eventually sent another driver, with a smaller bus, and had to make 3x as many trips to the hotel. They did not refund us any money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

We had a great experience renting a 24 person party bus from Blue Streak Limo. The driver, Sammy, was timely, communicative, and accommodating for our lively crew. It was a great set-up. I would definitely use Blue Streak Limo again and recommend to friends. read more

I ordered a limo for 6pm last Thursday. The limo showed up 7:35. I kid you not. The worst part was that the driver kept lying about his location and saying he was five minutes away instead of being honest with us. The driver spoke on his phone while driving, took two reds, and bumped into a curb. He screamed at the passenger who asked him to take his phone off. The limo was dirty and one girl who took a cup ended up with sticky dirt on her hand instead. All cd players were broken even though we explicitly asked how we can have music and were told to bring a cd. The trunk was fill even though we asked for the space when ordering the limo and were told it would be available. The craziest part was at 9pm the driver texted that he's starting to charge overtime. I won't go into all the rest of the details about the rude driver and horrible experience I had. It was such a disaster I had to download yelp to warn others. read more
