If i could describe the vibe Id say Super chill place where bros where just being bros , talking ball heated basketball arguments, sports, collectables. I don't know what more you would want in a shop. I had a-lot of hair and I mean a-lot. Got exactly what I asked for. These pictures are with no wash or any product so It will look even better after those. Not sure how other shops stand for price point wise but 35$ seemed pretty fair to me giving the job. James was cool and I could tell he had a crap ton of experience. Definitely will be back. 10/10 place

Trying to find a new barber near my new home. This one is close so I thought it'd give it a try…read more It's a little pricey for a basic men's haircut but the location is convenient and the ability to make an appointment helpful. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was seated at my appointment time. From there, however, everything went south and the barber refused to give me a haircut. So here's what happened. My hair is about as simple as one can get. I've worn it the same way since I left active duty in the Navy. Short and parted on the side. When asked what I wanted, I repeated the same info I've shared with barbers hundreds if not thousands of times. "Take it up off my ears and taper it in the back. A little off the top too please. I have a cowlick there in the front that comes in when it gets a little long, so please remove that.. It's pretty long right now" My barber immediately started questioning me on how many inches I wanted cut. My response was an honest, i don't know, i think my other barber used a number 2 but I don't really know. So then he proceeds to ask me if I want buzz cut claiming that's a number 2... Well no... I don't what a buzz cut. Maybe you could just start cutting and then if it's not short enough I'll let you know and you can take more? His response which is now bordering on rude... I can't do that... We're on a tight schedule. So I said I don't really know how many inches and then I asked him if he could still do this? At that point he said no and rudely pulled the smock off of me and my non haircut was over. So tomorrow I drive across town to my usual guy. Where he'll get the same instructions as above and I'll get the same haircut I normally get. For about $10 less too although that's my usual tip. So I can't comment on the haircut because I didn't get one. But I can comment on the rudeness and attitude I received at this business And if they respond here claiming otherwise, I would just remind them who's right when it comes to customers. This is only the third review for this place which I assume is new. Still time to turn it around, but I know I won't be back.

His brother is the new owner, and was a delight also! They both have a big passion for hair, and the shop is coming along, since they just took it over a couple months ago. Unfortunately, I wasn't super stoked on my second cut, which was done by an intern... so went today to have it touched up... JT did a great job, super quick. Sadly though he charged me what I paid two days before with the intern. Wasn't expecting that... and kind of bummed about it. Enter Diego from Epic Fadez! He did an amazing job. The fade was super clean and he even knew what a gentlemen's cut was. We have absolutely found our barber & barbershop. Watching the other barbers while I waited, I can easily tell the others were also very skilled and talented. After trying all the local walk in places, we finally booked at Epic Fadez with Mike da Barber. The shop is unassuming and spotless, with four barbers working their chairs. There is no fuss, no muss: just barbers who know their stuff and their hair. We explained what he was looking for, and let Mike get to work. The end result was exactly what our son has been trying to achieve, and we will definitely return for his monthly cut. Thanks so much!
