Classic Collision handled everything, even arranged for the rental car. Long story short, we tried to be nice and let the woman pay to fix the car directly. We took the time to get three bids and help the woman out, in the end we should've gone directly to her insurance company. Auto Collision Teck lost out on a repair - you can thank, Nelson. The older woman's insurance will most likely go up and we wasted a lot of time trying to be nice. All over, Nelson and a stupid old man (husband).
