Weeks later I called Gary's on phone to get new receipt stating, OBVIOUSLY not collision damage, and that's what was told to Gary's before repair. Gary's owner said he would email me a new receipt with non collision statement. A month went by and nothing! We called a final time. Gary's owner stated, "I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DOING THAT". Why did he say one thing and after paid not follow say another??? We wouldn't have used Gary's for that reason not to mention work was poor.

Approximately a year ago today, I visited for an oil change, which should have been a routine service. During their inspection, which did not occur on my recent visit, the previous mechanic left my engine filter unfastened, causing my car to make a whistling noise. Today, my appointment was scheduled with Mr. Velez. Twenty minutes of waiting I noticed that my car was being parked as completed. However, during my approximately one-hour and ten-minute wait today, I noticed that my car had been parked on the designated completed spot, yet I was still waiting and no one was looking for me to cash out. When I brought this to Mr. Velez's attention, he responded counter aggressively with an attitude, stating that he had been checking in customers as a result of the delay. He then handed my account to another gentleman to complete the checkout process. This was my final opportunity to give this dealership a chance, but I was not satisfied with the service. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable, and the car was not cleaned as it should have been. As evident in the accompanying photographs, it was left dirty and oily. For what I paid, is not the value of my stress. I am perplexed by the necessity of scheduling an appointment when the car was completed within 20 minutes. It is unclear why I had to wait an hour and ten minutes when I could have been gone 45 minutes earlier. This experience has left me with a negative impression and a strong desire to avoid future visits.

They had their tech take a second look and he still couldn't find the issue. I had BMW take a look when I came in for service just a few days later and they diagnosed and fixed the issue which was a slightly loose bolt at a heavy cost to me. Upon mentioning that to m-tech they quickly reimbursed me for my additional costs and offered a sincere apology for the oversight. Any one can have an off day and I don't fault them for making a mistake which any one can make but they stood by their work and made it right which I really appreciate. Can fully recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back for work in the future.
