Worst body shop I have ever used. 1) It took them five weeks to repair my car. Each time I asked about the car, they gave me a different excuse (lie). 2) The work was substandard. I could have had better work done from a fly-by-night warehouse repair shop. The line where the rear quarter panel was welded to the rear post had a visible line that began to rust so it caused bubbles in the paint. I took it back and they said they repaired. The same thing has happened now, only it is much worse than the first time. 3) The paint job was substandard with all kinds of orange peel visible. I hesitate to take it back to have the problem fixed because I know it will take several weeks for them to complete the job. Whatever you do, do not have this shop repair your car. read more

Okay, I went in to get an estimate on my 2008 Lexus LS 460. I wasn't looking to spend a crazy amount of money on a new paint job because after all the car is 12 years old. I am looking to keep this car for at least 5-8 yrs tops. So I figured why not give it a new look since it's a ''Betsy Beige" old lady color. This car only has 47k miles on it. However, like I said it's 12 years old. Anyway, I'm waiting in the waiting area and this service guy goes over to this old man and tells him right in front of everyone what the estimate was on his car. Well, when he got the shocking over priced quote this man had this embarrassed look on his face as to how tell this man that he can't afford this price? I have to say, even I was shocked. It was such minimal work. On to me. I showed the estimator my car which has absolutely no dents. I was expecting that the price would be around $5k. when the guy looked at it, he said the start would be 5K. Start? There's absolutely nothing wrong with this car, it was practically flawless. He said that they don't know until they get under it. And if I wanted a 3 stage color it would be more. Now I understand the lingo because my ex boyfriend had a body shop and he taught me a lot so I'm no dummy. So we go back inside and he takes me away from the others (which you're supposed to do) and went over his estimate. $8,300.00. What the heck? I swear the way this guy talked to me was as if I was an idiot. "Well you have to understand that we have to take apart the whole car and it will take 4 weeks to complete. 4 weeks??? What am I paying rent or something? I told him that I don't want all that. Just tape it off and paint it a top of the line 3 stage color. That's it. "Nope, he said. We have a high reputation here". I know, that's why I'm here but give the customer what they want. I truly believe he just didn't want to do the car because it was older. I went to another place after and they said that the guy had some nerve quoting me on an old car like that. They quoted me $5.5k and an 8 year warrantee. That's exactly what I want. Plus he takes apart the whole car. And he has a 4.9 rating on Yelp. It's really sad. I never met Eddie but I know his son. His son is a sweetheart and I'm sure Eddie Sr. is too but to get a hold of them is like going through Pentagon Clearance. I hope Eddie sees this review and finds out that one of his guys has no care for his business. read more

Experience started off decent. Nice employees and advisor. Progressive approved to have work done on vehicle but for half of the damages. And said for the other half they need to water test the vehicle to find the leak. Instead of notifying us that the leak was located but would have to be covered under a separate claim they went ahead and performed the work. Now we unknowingly had to pay 2 claims we didn't have the money for. If we would have been advised properly and kept up to date via communication we would have only gotten the issue with the water leak fixed. After we got the car back almost 2 months later. The car was dirty. Finger prints all over the driver side windows and dust and grime all over the inside of windshield. The trunk that was repaired was filthy and had black spots all over it. The rear bumper that was replaced has a paint chip on the driver side where it meets the rear quarter panel. The trunk lid is not properly aligned and has different gaps on either side. Both driver side doors were replaced and the tint on both driver side doors is scratched and even scratches on the outside of the window glass as well. There is overspray on the driver side headlight. The front bumper still has a scratch on the driver side. The more I drive the car the more I notice... honestly this is horrible quality repairs and I would never go back or recommend anyone to go. I can't thank Eddie's enough for getting me out of a sticky spot. I learned a valuable lesson about using a phone while driving. I wasn't even texting: looking at the GPS. LEARN FROM ME. That being said: My car was pretty severely damaged although nobody but me was involved and I was okay. My insurance is partnered with Eddie's so here I went. It started with a few phone calls with Donna. She helped set up a tow to get my undrivable car to their shop. I didn't even have to be there; they came and got it for me while I was in clinic. This was such a lifesaver for me seeing as I didn't have to sit around and wait for 4 hours. I went in the next day to sign the paperwork to begin the work and she knew who I was based on the fact that I came in in scrubs. A+ on remembering me and customer service already. She's amazing and my first impression of the place. My adjuster(?) was Mike. He was FANTASTIC from the get go. Gave me an estimated date of about a month (sad face) but it was a very large job with a lot of body work, not just a bumper or buff job. They are a M-F shop so keep that in mind. He was amazing with keeping me up to date and let me know every few days where they were on the work, even when I was out of town. They started work on 11/5 and gave me a promise date of 12/3. I picked her up on 11/24. That was 14 working days for a very chewed up car: the total damage was just under $10,000. Not only was it done a full 6 working days before promised, The work was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I even had a pre-existing bumper dent that was unrelated to the accident (that I confirmed) and they fixed anyway. I was FLOORED that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy and fix this for me. Mike mentioned to me that since they had to paint part of the bumper anyway they would try to take care of it, and they did. I about cried. I highly, highly recommend these guys. The day after I picked up my car, I got a followup call asking me about my satisfaction with the experience of the shop and told them basically what I'm putting in this review. They lifetime guarantee their work even if you move out of the area or have a leased car like I do. They use genuine parts, not aftermarket, and give you an exact breakdown of the work done along with all the insurance paperwork etc. Since this was my first time ever dealing with a car insurance claim (period, and ESPECIALLY of this magnitude), I was expecting a headache and a half. Considering the nature of their business, people tend to be upset and emotional. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. They really do care about their customers, but "don't want to see them again" (Meaning: we hope you don't get into another accident).
