We then said "sorry about that sir we'll make sure to speed up and get on the cart path". He then runs my golf ball over, that thing went so far in the dirt I could barely see it. So I said what was that for, in an aggressive tone, and then he says "then get the F*** off my course if you have a problem". Overall, not a good experience. Great course but that Marshall really just ruined everything for us.

As a late adopter of the game, I played my first ever round of golf around 2 years ago as a 24 year old at this course, and I have been absolutely addicted to the ruthlessly challenging, yet infinitely rewarding journey that is golf. While Brown Deer isn't the nicest course I have played during my short career, I still love to play 18 here whenever I get the chance. My wife, father-in-law, and I played here last on the final day of the 2025 season. Can't wait to come back in a few weeks!!!

Pretty easy setup for high level amateurs, but very fair. Make sure you're hitting the greens in the right spots, or your score will tally up. Played pretty well and shot 68 (-3), and left a few out there. If you are someone who averages 285+ off the tee, you'll be hitting wedges into a lot of holes. Par 5's play longer than the card says!

Our family of 16 (ages 7 to retired) was able to reserve 3 lanes together just a few hours ahead. We were all impressed with the food! Definitely a step up from what we were expecting. Terrible customer service and an unbelievable response to lost property…read more Back in March, I hit a ball at the driving range and broke my pitching wedge. I could literally see the club sitting out on the range after it broke. I immediately checked with staff and have called multiple times since then, and every single time I'm told, "We don't have it." How is that possible? The club was sitting in plain sight on your range. Someone from your staff had to eventually see it and pick it up. It's been months, and somehow nobody at Pin Social has any idea what happened to it. At this point, I'm not sure what's worse--the fact that my property disappeared from your facility or the complete lack of accountability from your staff. If an employee picked it up and it was never put into lost and found, that's a serious problem. If someone else took it, that's still a problem with how your facility handles customers' belongings. I don't expect to get the club back at this point, but I absolutely expect better from a business. I've given Pin Social multiple opportunities to address this, and instead I've gotten the same dismissive answer every time. If you can't even keep track of a customer's golf club that was left sitting on your own range, why would anyone trust you with their property? Very disappointing experience and a pretty pathetic way to handle the situation.
