Although he initially agreed to reimburse me through small installment payments, he stopped making payments before repaying what he owed. I ultimately had to spend more than three times the original cost to have the pool properly repaired by a qualified contractor. Afterward, he claimed he had moved to Spain, making it even more difficult to recover my losses. My experience was costly, stressful, and extremely disappointing. I encourage anyone considering hiring this company to thoroughly verify licensing and do their research first.

I had another leak company come out and repair the crack, told them it was going to be recoated in the spring and got their nod of approval. communicated in Feb. 2026 with Mr. Feliciano and he agreed to come out in the beginning of March and redo that crack and a couple of other minor spots. after quite a few emails and certified letter, I have never heard from him again. so much for a 10 year prorated warranty. which was one of the big selling features as to why I chose him to resurface my pool.

Their staff is amazing and we sat down with them and went over what we wanted in a pool, such as type and size as well as options. We settled on a Roman style pool with a single stage water fall. We also added a mermaid mosaic which gives the pool a nice touch. We opted for the Travertine natural stone pavers that look fantastic. At 30' x 14' the pool is just the right size for the backyard and there's plenty of room to entertain a large party. I can't say enough about their work crews, they worked fast, efficient and were very courteous and respectful. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a new pool. They took care of all permits, only one I had to get was the one from our HOA for the construction. Pool was completed in just over 30 days as they told us that we could expect the build to be about 35-45 days. Joe and Olivia were a pleasure to deal with and I recommend asking for them to anyone interested. We'll be starting the heater next week with the salt being added shortly after, just in time for the warm weather.

Billy gave us a quote (that was actually itemized), explained everything thoroughly & honestly, was super quick to return all my texts and phone calls and didn't ditch us as soon as we put a deposit down. He was there through the entire process ensuring we had everything we needed and responding to our messages right away. Our pool supervisor changed halfway through the process but the service didn't. They told us it would be about 6 months from dig to swimming and it was done in 5. No deceiving lies about getting things done faster, no issues that weren't immediately fixed, no half ass handy work, no stress. I would use Premier Pools again and again.

Over the course of this project, I have made multiple attempts to contact management, including Steve Mileski and Zach Zervaski, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has made resolving issues very difficult. I am still hoping for a resolution and have requested contact from ownership or corporate management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the Fort Myers office.
