I asked my wife to check here email report and sure enough it said he was there and all is good with pool water, Clorinator, pump etc? hmmmm really so I called Carlos to tell him and ask him to send the guy back...Carlos jumped into angry mood telling me first he knew it was bad and it was back ordered? then said he called us left VM? no he did not? he gave us some bogus number he called? all in all he feels its my fault I have no chlorine in pool? hmm that's what I pay him for none the less NOT to lie on pool report....he obviously has too many clients so we fired him...very dishonest and true sign of guilt was his response to my complaint.
