I don't even know where to begin.. I stopped in after searching for a specific model and finding out they in fact had one (after stopping at another store that I was less than pleased with the experience.) The owner and staff were not only a wealth of knowledge but extremely polite and helpful. After speaking about my issues with my Ruger SR22 while at the range, I was given some info on how to potentially make it a more enjoyable experience by getting a strap cover - I didn't even know they made those! Really great shop. My husband and I came in here looking for a 20 gauge for me, as I am starting to get into hunting and shooting. The staff here is incredible, so friendly and really helpful. You can tell that they really love their jobs, and are just simply happy to talk to people about firearms and share a hunting story. Being a woman, I often get overlooked at stores like Cabelas, Dicks, Gander Mountain, etc and generally am not even spoken to or approached. The guys here are the exact opposite. It makes a world of difference for me when I can make a purchase at a small, local shop rather than another chain store. My shotgun was ordered custom for me, and arrived within just a few days. It's in a bad area. You should be armed to go there. You have to call ahead to have a spot. There was no gunsmith and the owner didn't have time to work on my gun. I drove a half hour for nothing and had trouble finding the place. There are much easier places to spend my money. read more

They are fair on pricing, and the employees are extremely nice, caring, friendly, and mostly very very knowledgeable. Unfortunately though there's the owner of the place who is the reason why I will not go back there ever again. They used to be my go to place for anything and everything firearm related. I only met/saw the owner a few time always short or in a rush. (seems fair for an owner of a small business) The last time I went in there I knew what rifle I was going to buy they knew I was coming to buy that very rifle, but how the owner treated me that day was completely unacceptable. Completely rude and just a down right lack of any tact. Thus I left did not get said rifle and will NEVER support that man in anyway ever again. read more

I love everything about Blue Tuna, and if you ask my wife i probably love it too much. The dudes that work here are so knowledgeable and friendly. Whether you want to buy something or not, they are more than happy to talk guns, hunting, life with you and whoever you are there with. Their prices are really good, often less that big chain stores or at least comparable, and I'd rather spend my money here. They have ordered me multiple items that haven't been in stock, some things custom and some things not. They are also expanding and will soon have a show room. They sell guns, ammo, cleaning supplies, parts, targets, ear and eye protection and much more, everything is top quality and they have NYS compliant parts which is super important. Low integrity. Deliberately inducing their customers to send emails to me requesting modifications that are illegal in my state. I've contacted them twice without receiving the courtesy of a reply. I have no connection with them and they know this but they refuse to stop. I am considering legal action. They can't pretend they haven't seen this. read more

Took my Smith & Wesson pistol in on Friday to have new tritium sights and a new short stroke trigger put in. Boy was I pleasantly surprised to get a phone call the next day telling me the modifications were done and I could pick up my gun! That's great service! The folks there are friendly and helpful. Paul and Jeramiah are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They'll walk you through anything you're looking for and give you any info you need. Hunting, target shooting, or collecting; they're the best experts I've come across. They hooked me up installing a new scope and making sure my 1962 shotgun was safe to shoot. Great place, first-rate service! I took my old Coast to Coast shotgun in for service today. It wasn't loading properly. Paul, the gunsmith, took a look at it and told me to tip the firearm backward and the slug would rack in just fine. He was right; no charge for the advice, which I greatly appreciated. read more
