On the scheduled day the employee arrived on time and immediately started working on all of our exterior windows and screens. The work was done quickly and to our satisfaction, but that's not why they got a high rating. The owner had noticed that one of our windows had fogging, we believed it was from age as they are the original windows on our house. He scheduled another time to come back as he wanted to try something different to see if that would clear it up. On that date, there was a scheduling miscommunication, but he came out and a window that had been stained from hard water or whatever was now looking like brand new. It was because he went above and beyond that we now have this higher level of satisfaction. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

He told me he would contact the office to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on the company's positive reviews, I initially had the impression that this was a reputable company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. If scheduling a basic appointment is this difficult, I would be hesitant to trust the company with the actual service. I would recommend considering another company rather than spending your time trying to get an appointment scheduled. In my experience, the initial interaction was positive, but the follow-through was not.
