When he left I put out a Facebook advertisment for him, describing my experiance and giving him a glowing recommendation! Then the rains came..... I had one gutter on my two story home which is pretty much hidden behind a chimney, it was one that was previously plugged and was still overflowing during the storm. I called Troy when the weather eased and let him know he missed one, that I needed him to come back and clear this one gutter. He said he wanted $120 to come back out, inspect the gutter and decide if my issue was something he overlooked or if it was due to the storm. It took 20+years for that gutter to plug the first time, but only one storm this time?.... Wierd! Anyway, Dude told me to go to hell and my homeowners ladder isn't tall enough for me to do it myself. His website states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but he obviously he doesn't mean it. We used a drone and inspected all the gutters on my house. Troy and his guy did an excellent job! On all but one.....
