For about a month, their reels kept popping up and the content was great so I let them continue to show up. Then I looked them on google to see if the customer satisfaction matched and many happy reviews were a good sign. In the times we live in, you have too many options to choose from. Usually, I shop around but I just happened to be lucky this week and Alex and Alina were very close by and they came by within 3 hours of my DM. I told them I'd get back to them since I wasn't sure if I was needing a major refresh just yet. Anyways, that interaction went well and they were so nice and didn't pressure me into anything at all so it didn't take much time for me to text her back and ask when their next availability was. From the moment they replied to my message, Alina and Alex showed up to my door with an estimate and refreshed my entire space within less than 3 days. Alina and Alex were very kind and professional - I was given a courtesy reminder and they showed up on time. Alina sent me a bunch of photos when they completed the job and she does a great job at sharing their work as they are in action. Chris Reynolds, the owner, showed up and did an excellent job. He took the photos of the solar panels and the roof. He also took his time to answer all my questions before he began his work. He educated me about the cleaning process and how the panels and the roof can be damaged by the droppings if they are not cleaned timely and properly. When Chris completed the work in 8 hours, he again took some photos of the gutters and solar panels ensuring that there is no damages caused by him. I was impressed with his professionalism. His work exceeded my expectation by being thorough and attention to details. He made sure that the area around the house is clean upon the completion of the work. I had one gutter on my two story home which is pretty much hidden behind a chimney, it was one that was previously plugged and was still overflowing during the storm. I called Troy when the weather eased and let him know he missed one, that I needed him to come back and clear this one gutter. He said he wanted $120 to come back out, inspect the gutter and decide if my issue was something he overlooked or if it was due to the storm. It took 20+years for that gutter to plug the first time, but only one storm this time?.... Wierd! Anyway, Dude told me to go to hell and my homeowners ladder isn't tall enough for me to do it myself. His website states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but he obviously he doesn't mean it. We used a drone and inspected all the gutters on my house. Troy and his guy did an excellent job! On all but one..... After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters.
