It sucks to have to review low now after Brian did a great job two years ago for me and my neighbor. I decided to contact Brian since he did a good job the last time. He responded and we agreed on an appointment on Saturday at 11am. My neighbor even asked if he could fit in right after me, so I've been more than happy giving Sac Valley Clean business and referalls. Saturday comes and two hours before my appointment, Brian texts me letting me know that he had an emergency and if he could do Sunday. Now if you read my last review, I mentioned we had to tweak appointment times before he came and did the gutters. While I understand emergencies do come up, this is twice I've set up an appointment and something comes up. We agree to reschedule for today, Sunday at 10am. Brian assures me he can make today happen. Sure. enough, 10am rolls around and I get radio silence. I tried calling and phone goes straight to voicemail. Below are screenshots of our conversation. Revised. I scheduled an appointment because of all the positive reviews here. Talked to brian a week ago. For window washing and pressure wash. He told me what it would cost and scheduled an appointment for Saturday between 12 and one. Asked me to text him pictures of the driveway. I texted and didn't hear back. Texted again and didn't hear back. The day before the appointment, I called twice to just get a busy signal. I am editing this taking into account Brians note that he did not receive my text. I tried to call to find out further what could have happened but the number listed still gives a busy signal. read more

Contacted Brian at 8 am this morning and he responded within 5 min. He was able to get me an estimate over through Yelp. Price was good and said he could come by at noon so I scheduled with him. He showed up 30 min early and was ready to get the job. He cleaned the all the gutter and spouts as well at some leaves that I had on the roof. He did a fantastic job and left no mess. I will not use this company again. They did a terrible job cleaning the gutters AND charge about $25 more than everyone else. The issues are listed below. 1. They only spent about 20 minutes total at my house and in general did a rushed, extremely shoddy job. 2. When they started cleaning I heard a loud banding sound, I went outside to see what was happening and it appeared they they were banging very hard on my gutters, which is not the proper way to clean. 3. After they claimed they were finished I noticed a pile of debris on the deck that I had to ask them to clean AND upon inspecting their work noticed that all of the downspout extenders were clogged with debris because they didn't bother to check and empty them. They also did not clean up all of the debris near the downspouts and left debris hanging over the gutters. 4. The WORST part of all of this is that after they left I got out my ladder and checked the gutters and they all STILL had about a half inch of muddy debris in them. This entire situation is very frustrating because I now have to clean my gutters OR pay someone else to come and am worried that they damaged my gutters from all the banging. read more

Brian offers amazing service! We called Sac Valley Clean to come to our house in Sac to clean the gutters and pressure wash the house. I spoke to Brian one day and he came the next day on time and did an amazing job at a very reasonable and affordable price. I had underestimated the work to be done (forgot to count the square footage for a detached garage) and Brian fit me in right away to do the remainder of the work while staying very close to his original estimate! He also gave us an estimate for window cleaning but said he wanted to wait until the rain was done. Today I got the windows of my house cleaned, inside and out, including the screens.... all I can say is WOW. I have never seen such spotless windows before, and I have use other local window cleaning companies. On a Friday evening, I placed a YELP inquiry for estimates to get my gutters cleaned. Brian replied first on Saturday morning and said he could be there within the hour and gave the best price! Brian was actually on his way going fishing and to kayak, but decided to put his customer first and stopped by to do the job before going to enjoy his Saturday. Since I am a "hurry and get it done today" kind of person, this was MUCH APPRECIATED BRIAN! Brian arrived while I was getting estimates for other work to be done at my house and waited patiently as I wrapped up the conversation. He then explained what he was going to do and the time it would take. He also asked if he could use my water hose, before he used it. EXCELLENT, as I hate when people do not ask first. As another contractor came for an estimate, Brian was professional and stopped working on the roof as to not have water pour down on us while walking around with the contractor for the estimate. When we were clear of the house, Brian asked if we were done on that side of the house so he could continue. AGAIN, EXCELLENT! After Brian completed the job, he advised me that I should consider gutter guards and gave me a quick quote based on the sq ft of my home. Brian also advised me that the tree next my house needed to be trimmed back as there were lots of leaves clogging my brand new gutters. THANKS BRIAN! I actually took his advice and had the trees trimmed back right away. One month later, I received a letter from my new Insurance Company to trim that exact tree that was touching my house, as they had inspected my exterior. And I happily responded to the insurance company that it was already done after my gutters were cleaned! Brian finished the job and put the water hose back the way he found it and did not just leave it laying around or turned on. Brian also made sure all of the debris was picking up and in the green trashcan. Brian then explained when he should be back to clean the gutters again. I was happy that Brian had a way to charge my debit card, so I did not have to go find cash. PLUS POINTS! Overall, my experience was great and Brain will for sure get a call from me when its time for my gutters to be cleaned again. And, I may even take him up on the gutter guard next time. They did window washing for our two-story house and power-washed our entire patio/walkway/driveway and two brick areas that had moss and staining. Everything really looks great.
