We went from tears in the parking lot to smiles within two minutes. The receptionist was so upbeat and engaging with her and of course the fun wall decor and cartoons on the TV helped. Our hygienist was fun and so knowledgeable in her recommendations. She was sure to involve my daughter throughout the process and kept her laughing and smiling. The dentist kept it going and they were both sure to smother her in compliments. I felt the cleaning was smooth and thorough as well. The office is dated and needs some upgrading but it was clean and welcoming to children. There are fun walls everywhere as well as TVs. That visit did NOT go well, and she wouldn't even open her mouth for them to count her teeth. A year later, I finally decided to try a new dentist to make sure her teeth were looking good, and discovered Sweet Tooth. I was very anxious about her appointment that she might meltdown like the last attempt, but was very pleasantly surprised. She let them do x-rays at the beginning, and happily followed all of the hygienist's instructions from that point on! They had a TV mounted on the ceiling playing Bluey (genius!) which helped to distract her, and they made her feel comfortable the entire time. So relieved to have her teeth fully cleaned, counted and checked by the dentist finally. Afterwards, she got to spin the prize wheel and won a token for a bouncy ball, which was a big hit. She already can't wait to come back for her next visit in 6 months!

Then two weeks later she went in for her 6 month cleaning. Dr. Leblanc saw her for a very short time and said she had two cavities. I called the office that Friday to get some insight on staff findings and wanted clarification on the differences between the two visits, only two weeks apart. They had two hours to call me back. They did not. I called with 15 min left of their work day and staff confirmed that Dr. Leblanc received my message and discussed my daughter's appointments. Yet they felt the need to skip out for the weekend and not return my call. We went to another dentist the following week and got additional X-rays. Guess what...no cavities and too soon to see an oral surgeon for 3rd molars. This dentist is rude, rushes and wanted to drill into my child's teeth for no acceptable reason.

Second, I had to go back in (take off more work) because she didn't file my tooth down correctly so my bite was uneven for days. Third, she didn't fill in my filling all the way so now there is a discolored hole on my tooth. It is extremely hard to floss where there was a filling done. The dentist is extremely anxiety inducing for me and this experience was horrible. I have had months to sit on this experience and I still feel the same exact way as when it first happened.

Also noted that sometimes it takes some minute touch ups to get that tooth just right, and that all I had to do was call and they'd make sure and get me right in if anything was bothering me. I've have never been to the office but it looks high dollar on the advertising picture and indeed it is. If you don't mind paying just to chat with their "expert" for 10 minutes, then this may be the place for you. Maybe they just want wealthy clientele, so fee "extraction" is easier.
