I needed one last wash on the lease car so i purchased one wash. I ran my mat thru the washer and it got stuck. The person there working said maintenance would be by tomorrow to get it out and they would call me. I got no call so i went up there. The same person said they ripped it out and it basically tour it in half. He gave it to me and said they dont cover floor mats and have a nice day. The machine did not destroy my floor mat they did ripping it out. I'd planned to rejoin with my new ride and now I'm reconsidering. Watch out for the mat eaters at Whitewater!

They aren't severe, and I believe they'll likely buff out, but they were definitely left by the wash and weren't something that could simply be wiped away with a microfiber cloth. I returned to let the staff know, not expecting anything unreasonable, but hoping they would at least acknowledge the issue and look into whether the equipment might need maintenance. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive, and no solution or concern was offered. I have grace for businesses and understand that employees may not always know how to handle situations like this. However, if you operate a car wash, it's your responsibility to maintain equipment that comes into contact with customers' vehicles. Even scratches that can be buffed out shouldn't happen during a routine wash, and the lack of concern was the most disappointing part of the experience :(

I usually go with the Classic Wash for $30 and it gets the job done every time. One of the best parts is how quick it is. Most of the time I'm in and out in about 20 minutes, which is perfect if you're trying to squeeze it in during a busy day. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with too. Overall just a really convenient, reliable spot.

The only thing that I've found at this Spinx location (and many others) is they don't keep up on their lottery scratcher displays. They'll display that they have tons, but when you ask, they don't have the ones displayed. I'm sure it's an annoying part of the job to go around front and remove each card after it runs out, but if I worked there I'd find it more annoying getting asked every 5 seconds for something that's sold out.... They had the towels, chemical spray to wipe down your windows and interior, good vacuums and the thing where you spray strong air out of it to get all the nooks and cracks.
