Dr. Moro is technically excellent but both my kids disliked going here as his personal style wasn't the friendliest. But it is right in our town with convenient hours after school, so we stuck it out. He did hire another Dr. who also seemed very good and the receptionist was great. Still, would we choose BW again? Dr Maro has a uncontrollable anger problem. It's terrifying he is still allowed to practice on children. I am a former patient of his. He followed me down the office building stair well, backed me against a wall, and violently screamed in my face bc he didn't like that I left his office crying after a painful appointment. I dont know how this would have escalated if another adult hadn't found us and intervened. I was 12 years old at the time, and he was a full grown adult male. It makes me sad to think other kids probably had a similar experience and have to live with that memory. I wish all the times he's been reported would have actually lead to action against him. read more

Don't go here for orthodontic treatment. I took a job here and after a day and a half, it was clear it was not the place for me. The Dr is super fake nice when he's trying to get you as a patient, but he was so short tempered with his current patients. He yells at them and barely talks to them. When he's not giving then an attitude he's making rude remarks under his breath. He treats his staff even worse. read more
