The class was a great introduction to the club and routine. The team at the front desk is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It is a pleasure to interact with them. The instructors are encouraging and informative as well. I like that the club is clean and spacious and the equipment is well maintained. The app, on which classes are booked, is user-friendly and there are monthly specials to be found if joining the club. The first commitment is automatically 3 -months in length. After the 3 months, the membership reverts to month to month and you can cancel at anytime. However, I'm enjoying the routines so much that I don't foresee cancelling at anytime in the near future.

It is a very nice and clean studio and the classes are small, usually around 5 or 6 people and no more than 8. The utilize both the tower and the mat. With the classes being small, the instructors can watch and make sure that you are doing all of the moves correctly. Although you are paying more than you would at a gym, it is completely worth it as the quality of instruction is that much better. You get a better deal if you buy the classes in packages. They have classes ranging from beginner to advanced at all times of the day. They also offer private, duet, and trio classes in which you can utilize the reformers. You can conveniently sign-up and pay for classes online. Pilates is a great way to increase core strength and flexibility. It is also a great way to switch up your routine from weights and cardio. I would definitely recommend the Pilates Loft to anyone who wants to give pilates a try :)

Nautilus isn't what I picture when I think of 'Gym'. I have steered clear of gyms because I don't enjoy the clinky clanky sounds of weights and the stereotypical images that come to my mind. The other people here working out are there for their overall health and therapy. This place is very peaceful and bright and clean. Additionally, and adding to the attractiveness of this place is the staff and owners. They always welcomed me with a bright smile and warm welcome. And when I have questions they are knowledgeable and thorough and happy to help. If you are searching for a gym, I highly recommend Nautilus by the Sea.
