I went to a Mellow Moment drop-in class which was a yoga-Pilates practice. Our instructor was very good in pacing and offering accommodations as needed and opportunities for more challenge if available. It was a welcoming atmosphere- not heated- great for us who have "power surges" (hot flashes). After the one hour practice I felt energized and flexible. Drop-in rate was excellent($10) and you can register and reserve online. I felt blessed to have the opportunity to tune in to my body's needs in a place far from home.

All the instructors are good and unique in their own ways. A good workout is guaranteed. Many of the instructors use multiple apparatuses during one class to keep the classes fresh and different.
