I was also appreciative of how much attention to detail was given to each treatment room and they even have a section for children to read and play. I started off with a 'Life Vessel' session and Amber, one of the clinic owners, described to me the research and benefits of the chamber. I found the experience to be incredibly relaxing, so much that I returned for 3 subsequent sessions to complete the four session package. I really enjoyed the music and every session found myself going deeper into relaxation to the point that I was just as 'zenned out' as I can achieve through states only found through long-term meditation. I could immediately tell after the first session that the near infrared was working like a charm to remove toxins from my body through my lymph nodes. Later, I could see through just a few sessions a dramatic improvement in managing my stress levels so much so I would find membership to this business worth the investment. I then moved on to the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. To be honest I was somewhat nervous at first being confined to such a small space but once I sat inside there was actually more room than I was anticipating. I had a wave of claustrophobia when they zipped up the top but Andy, the other owner, was attentive and walked me through the entire process and how easy it was to unzip the top if I wanted to. Once I saw him through the window the wave ended as quickly as it came and the rest of the session was smooth sailing. Both owners continued to check in on me while the pressure increased, throughout the session, and while it was depressurizing. They also offered me a fan, reading material, and even a communication buzzer should I need anything. I ended up listening to a meditation on my phone and savored the oxygen saturation feeling! Quite addicting. Next I went on their PEMF mat. I was particularly excited about this device as I have been researching PEMF technology for a wide range of conditions and how promising it seems to be. I could feel the tingling sensation right away on my legs and Andy told me that this was evidence of increasing my blood flow and detoxing my cells (although most of the time people don't feel anything explicit which doesn't mean it's not working). Using the 'Whole Body Vibration' was a great way to finish my treatment session as I noticed later that evening when I was back at home how much it helped clear my lymphatic system. I finished up with some recharging electrolyte-rich water to complete the reboot experience. JASON ZABEL'S PREDATORY AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR…read more *final bill attached I have autism and was hit by a car in spring of 2021 and began searching for low cost medical treatment for recovery. After searching, I found the urban wellness group, where Dr. Zabel profusely assured me that insurance will definitely cover my overall medical expenses and would be happy to help me. Unfortunately, it would appear I was taken advantage of, specifically with upcoding. According to the bill and medical paperwork such as the chart notes, I apparently received numerous procedures that I was unaware of. I received 8 HBOT treatments (which were poorly supervised and in what appeared to be the staff break room), 12 upper back acupuncture treatments sometimes with or without a heat pad(leaving me shivering) and 2 muscles adjustments sessions lasting 30 mins max (with another doctor who has since left). Yet my records show that I received way more treatment, such as massage therapies and E-stim treatments. My final bill was $6,624 after a reluctant and "generous" 10% discount. Average cost for acupuncture in Oregon is $90, average HBOT in small medical offices is $350. Average chiropractor session is $250. Which means my bill should've been around an absolute maximum of $5,000. I barely even saw dr. Zabel during my treatments and really only saw him when he was exclaiming that I need more treatment and even one time becoming verbally upset with me for attempting to cancel a future HBOT appointment. I've also have noticed other reviews with similar experiences to mine. I found this information to be extremely troubling and reached out to dr. zabel for a cost explanation of his services. However I was unable to receive a logical explanation and then was ignored, unless I called him which I've been heavily advised not to do. So I was either a victim of medical fraud or a victim to Dr. Zabel's extreme pricing model and sub-par services. Though multiple parties including two seperate legal counsel believe I was a victim of medical fraud and I'm inclined to believe them.

I have stage IV colon cancer. Because of this I do chemo treatments every other week and this will be on going (at a year and a half so far). I have done two floats so far and I was not disappointed!
