Great place for Organic produce! Picked 10+ pounds of blueberries! Wish they had other items too!

The only place I go for blueberries. Beautiful, organic and tasty delicious! I can pick them myself or just buy a box - 5 or 10# - so easy.

Always great to go get frozen blueberries. We go up and get 4 10 pound boxes 3 times a month.

Unfortunately, I would not reccomend this ranch anymore. I've been going to this farm for over 10 years. Never had a problem. Loved the idea of pbuyung organic berries. Today, I drove there to pick up some 10# boxes (my ride was over 2 hrs one way). I purchased several boxes of frozen blueberries. However, when I openned the boxes at home , I realized that the bluberries were from last year. They had a freezer burn and were very dark, wet and leaking. It never happened before, I know how the recent Summer bluberries look like. I am so dissapointed for spending over $200 on something I will have to throw away now. I called, the lady on the phone was very nice but she only said she is sorry, and please make sure next time we open the box before the purchase. ...etc. My point is, how they can sell over a year old frozen blueberries to someone who comes to buy from them during season peak? (Bluberries are supposte to last 10 months frozen). I will never go back there. They lost my bussiness today. read more

We have gone to the Blueberry Ranch for many years. It's a treck from Fishers, IN but well worth the amazing and organic blueberries. Our dance teachers always gives us an order when we go. Love it. read more

The amount of berries are great, even with the drought. They aren't as big, but then again, there is that drought thing again. They have six (maybe 7? I have a sucky memory) different types. Berkeley and Jersey are my personal favorite... but they all taste like amazing blueberriness. Frozen Blueberries are wicked yummy... for kids and adults alike. :oP read more

ABSOLUTELY will NEVER bother to go here again! I have been going here for years without issues. Today (7.11.21) I went to get already picked berries to take on a road trip with us. They only had 10# boxes. I asked if they had smaller and was told they only have 5 and 10# boxes but only had the 10# today. (Surprise!) I said I would just pick some as I didn't need that much at this time. I told the rude older woman that I changed my mind and would go pick berries as I didn't need 10 pounds. She then informed me (in a not so pleasant way) that "well, it's a long walk to pick, we're almost out to day road!) I would have gladly walked out to pick what I needed but not after this rude remark! I said "ok, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere" to which she replied "ok"!! I know I'm just one person but how many others have been treated this way, and how many of my friends and their friends will abandon picking at this "family friendly" place!!! I despise horrid customer service!!! If only I could give less than one star! read more

I went here to pick blueberries on Saturday with my husband, in-laws and baby daughter. It was a great experience all around. We signed in and got a large bucket to put our berries in. After a short wait we rode out to the blueberry field - they have a large trailer pulled by a tractor that they use to take customers out to where the berries are. Kind of a nice touch since the berry farm is pretty big. I imagine kids would enjoy the tractor ride almost as much as the berry picking (my daughter was too young to know or care, LOL) The employees will assign your group bushes to pick from. It seems a little odd at first but I see that their system really does work, because they get such big crowds on weekends that they need to be organized. You will pick different varieties depending on what is ripe at the time - we picked Spartan berries, I think. The berries were huge and delicious. We ended up picking a little over 9 pounds of berries - the bucket probably would have held 10 pounds. U-pick berries are $1.75/lb which is a great deal for organic berries. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back! read more

We go here every year to pick Blueberries, everyone is helpful and we have always wound up picking with a group of nice people to talk to. They have an email list that updates you as to when picking begins and what varieties are being harvested. Our favorite for making jam is Spartan, for eating fresh we like Blue Duke. Blue Duke is a larger variety and its easy for kids to pick. They are an organic farm, one year the guy that owns the place saw someone smoking in the field and came unglued. It was kind of funny. This is easily the best U Pick blueberry farm around, much better than Pertics. read more

I have come here to pick blueberries for almost 30 years! Every time I come, I cant stop picking. I always end up with at least 5 lbs. The berries are always perfect and worth your time. Oh yeah, and they are organic! Apply your sunscreen in the parking lot because they are that sensitive to the organic nature of their product. Always a great experience year after year! I have picked berries at the Blueberry Ranch since I was 15 years old (called Jones Blueberries then). Extremely disappointed in the bushes we were assigned, the berries were very picked over and the size of a pea. I complained to the young girl who was assigning places to pick and was promptly told this is the second picking and would not move us just kept placing more and more people around us. Took us 2 hours to pick 7 pounds. Took our 6 grandchildren with us for there first blueberry picking experience. To say the least they were not having fun and wanted to go home. Looks like we will be finding a new place for next year. Stay away and don't waste your money! read more

QUALITY CAUTION!!! I've been a customer of the Blueberry Ranch for several years purchasing several hundred pounds of blueberries annually and this year was a vast disappointment not only in the quality of the product but in the way I was treated as a customer! I verified my order both the night before i drove over 250 miles to pick it up and the morning of my pick up. When i arrived the order was a completely different variety than i had been guaranteed were already picked and boxed for me 5 hours prior. When i questioned this I was quickly swept aside by John, the owner. He curtly told me that his customers "had to accept whatever he had" and I could take it or leave it. He was extremely rude and when i told him i was uncomfortable with the order being changed after it had been twice confirmed he assured me "these berries are bigger & sweeter than the ones you we had confirmed". Had that been the case, I might be more likely to overlook his rudeness but, regrettably I trusted him on his word. BIG MISTAKE!! I brought home over 500 pounds of small, very soft, tart berries. The young employees that work at the ranch are wonderful and have always been polite, helpful and eager to please the customer. It is truly too bad the owner doesn't emulate them. I am terribly disappointed that the owner so intentionally mislead me!! Honesty and common decency were what i anticipated however, both were greatly lacking! read more
