This is the service I expect from Home Depot as a pro member. Way too dark, especially in the summer, which will absorb the heat. They lack the ability to make cuts to a specified size. I ordered 90 pieces of 16 gauge 3/4" square tubing at 52" that they charge me over $250 for. There was no consistency in the cuts. That varied 1/2", some less than 52" and some more that 52". Additionally they sold me a thicker material than I wanted. They lack customer service and made no effort to correct my order. They hung up on me. Now I have to recut every piece of metal. I've lost time and money. I will never use them again.

The other day i found a few pieces of 90 degree PVC elbow. The lady at checkout charged $2.00 a piece. She did not think twice when I told her it was $0.79 at Lowes. It's not hard these days to find out fair market prices for anything. Over charging is discouraging and counterproductive and more. Better training and better service seem in order for the staff there.
