The gentleman who came out was very responsive, nice to talk to, and cleaned up his mess. I was told I would be needing a drone inspection of the chimney though as it was not easily accessible. I then was given a time when someone would stop by and inspect my chimney via drone. The time came and went and there was no contact from CCS. I then reached out again and was told everything looked fine and there were no issues. I asked if there were any pictures of the chimney they could share. I was told no they didn't take any. I then went back and looked on my outdoor camera and noticed that the truck arrived at my house at the day in question but no one ever left the truck. No drone ever exited the truck. Nothing was actually done and 5 mins after the truck arrived, the truck left. I then pointed this out to the owner/operator and all communication stopped. I would stay away from this company before investing thousands of dollars with them as you obviously cannot trust what they say. Beware.

While cleaning the gutters, he found a few low spots of pooling water and fixed and realigned them. He laid out a blanket on my hardwood floors before starting on the chimney. He vacuumed the entire fireplace area and ran his cleaning tools through the chimney. Overall I was very happy with his service and prompt response.

He cleaned out our dryer vent in less than an hour. It was full of wet lint and a birds nest!!! Did a great job for a fair price.
