Very professional and did a great job on my root canal. I had a flare up of some pain two days later and had to have the on call staff have my dentist call me. I didn't want to disturb his weekend, but he was very nice. He explained why it might be flaring up, told me what medication to use, including a prescription antibiotic and Tylenol every 6 hours. It worked and I didn't have any more pain. This may be a bit of a detailed review, but I can't stress enough how caring and professional they were. I would go to them again if I had any future needs.

The office staff scanned all of my insurance information and called me a couple of days later with an out-of-pocket estimate...fairly reasonable. The earliest they could get me in for the procedure was a month later. But I was given pain meds and an antibiotic, so no problem...and the tooth calmed down. Now, after waiting a month, I get a phone call. Oops! We made a mistake! With your insurance, you would be out-of-network and your out-of-pocket cost will be FIVE TIMES what we quoted you over 3 weeks ago. There's no excuse for this type of incompetence. The dentist and the professional staff are all very nice. But the office management staff! Just awful!

The clinical care is fine but you cannot trust their office staff. They have you sign estimates on…read morethe bill, which I paid upfront. I then was billed for another amount equal to what I paid upfront. They basically then say, "well you signed the agreement that you're responsible if the estimate is wrong" and disavow themselves of the fact they didn't get the estimate anywhere close to being correct. Avoid them unless you're good with being scammed for extra money well above what you are quoted.

Dr. Sims has managed to put together one of the best teams I have ever seen in my 25 years of management experience. Everyone is lovely to deal with. It is obvious after visiting a few times that the employees enjoy and respect each other. Not just by helping each other out so that clients do not wait and are completely informed, but wearing a smile and attitudes that they truly enjoy their jobs. They are so cohesive and efficient. I, personally would like to recognize Lauren, Lindsey and Dr. Jenkins. They all treated me with great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy and listen to what I was talking about rather it was related to my treatment or personal. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience with this practice. As someone who does not usually like a visit to the dentist, I completely forget my purpose for being there. Some of the pluses are wi-fi, Keurig coffee, cold water and health bars. They also have plush throw blankets if you find the temperature too cold for your comfort.. In addition, my root canal and temporary crowns have worked out well and I soon will be completely pain free with beautiful, new and lasting permanent crowns.
