They did my friend's property in Rosemount, but then they became unreliable and unresponsive. Do not use!

If you value doing business with a trustworthy and honest company I would advise extreme caution when hiring TGC. We were scheduled to have fall clean up performed on November 11th. As I write this we have a yard full of leaves under the snow that will likely result in significant or total ruin of our yard! We received 6-8 emails saying that there was a delay but we would be serviced. My wife and I called TGC multiple times between the 11th-25th and were met with empty promises that we would be serviced. I can't attest to the quality of this years, 2025, fall clean up since we never received the service. The infuriating part is that throughout the last 3 weeks we could have hired another service or performed fall cleanup ourself but TGC consistently insured that we would be serviced. We trusted TGC to deliver and yet they never did. I don't know if it was pure greed, dishonesty, or complete incompetence but our yard is likely destroyed because of these false promises!!! - We live in the west metro of Minneapolis

Each time they came out, they did not complete the job; they left large sections of areas covered by the contract untouched (e.g., the driveway and sidewalk). Instead of properly clearing the snow, they pushed it against my garage door and my trash and recycling bins. Time and time again, I would call or email to ask them to finish the job, sometimes even sending them pictures as evidence. Their response was always the same: an apology, a promise to do better next time, and assurance that someone would come out to complete the job soon. However, it never happened. They would either come back out but still not finish the job, or they would wait until the next snow event to respond, making the situation even worse. They seem indifferent to customer satisfaction; it appears they only care about getting paid. I would never hire this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I care about. It's unfortunate, but those are the facts, and they do not seem to care.

Andrew's is one of many entities run by Michael and Miranda F., Dan M. and Sten T…read more They sub out all of the work with very little to no oversight. They use predatory sales tactics including pressure sales. Dan is the most adept at pressuring older people into paying too much for the services. They Intentionally make it difficult for customers to communicate with them and refuse to address any issues caused by their sub contractors. They charge far more than the average snow removal or lawn care company and provide inferior service. Your only chance at getting good service, or even the service you paid for, rests solely on the graciousness of sub contractor assigned to the work. Your agreement will auto renew unless you send a physical letter to their bogus office space in Minneapolis. They appear as "Premier Lawn and Snow" on Angies list. Snow and Lawn Care Services on your service agreement, and Andrews Lawn and Snow on the web. The other locations listed on their website to make them appear as a nationwide company are fictitious. The two Minneapolis addresses are business services (mail forwarding, hourly office space, etc.) to make you appear that your offices are in Minneapolis. They try to hide their actual location. DM me if you need it. You can roll the dice and hope your assigned sub contractor does a good job or look for another company that hires their own crews and takes responsibility, good or bad, for the quality of work that is done. Attached are photos of how predatory their sales are. They took advantage of my poor aunt by charging her a lot of money to service her lawn. She was in tears and very distraught when she told me about what happened and the auto renewal that she did not expect to hit her bank account. Her lawn and yard is a great example of what your yard will end up looking like if you pay for their services. Guessing all of the complaints about their snow removal are legit. It aligns with my Aunts experience. The probably contracted with a bunch of independent low life contractors who failed to fulfill their obligations and service "Andrews" customers while Mike and the gang spend your money on vacations.
