I like to be greeted as I come into a beauty store because it's very overwhelming to me. I don't wear makeup, so I need my hand held. Well, i found Carlie who had on all black but no name tag, so I wasn't sure if she worked there. I described what I needed and Carlie understood and led me to what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I got what I came for and extra. Overall, I was pleased.

Seemed odd but I agreed and moved my schedule around to accommodate the last minute change. On Friday, I arrive at 8:05 for 8:15 appointment (30 min drive). The stylist decides to call out AT the appointment time right at 8:15 (not before), after I had already driven and arrived at the salon during rush hour. Not only that but they had me in the system for the wrong service. Apparently, when they moved my appointment from Thursday to Friday, they forgot half of the services, so I wouldn't have even had time to complete the services had the stylist even shown up. Very unprofessional overall. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

I called Gabby and she found the shoes and had them brought to the shoe for me to pick up. She did offer to ship them to me but it had been almost 2 years since we had been to the store. Prior to the pandemic, whenever we went to the store, Gabby was great and made sure we had a chance to try on anything we liked. We never felt rushed and always left with a couple of pairs of shoes. There was no difference this time. Gabby was great and even showed me some other options available in the same style that I ordered. She showed my girlfriend some shoes and she landed on one pair that she liked. Gabby took the time to wrap the shoes and even gave each of us a gift. We will definitely be back soon.
