The first 2 purchases went well as the employees checking me out were discounting my buys. Then the last time Elaine checked me out and didn't discount my purchase. I didn't catch it on the spot until later that day. So I call. Elaine explained after looking at previous purchasing invoices I made that I didn't qualify for a discount. She went on to explain how she and her husband look at end-of-the-year invoices, then decide who will get contractor discounts. Based on who had more-larger transactions for the year. I then voiced I felt that wasn't fair. Elaine then raised her voice and told me I wasn't going to tell her how to run her business. She then hung the phone up. I remember when Elaine and her husband only had one small backhoe and one silo. Well before the commercials and the successes, she's had on the backs of hard-working contractors and starters businesses like myself. Back when she was a starter business and needed customers like me. Back when she treated EVERYONE EQUALLY and with a friendly smile. It may be your business Elaine, but you're the one that has to sleep with your conscience at the end of the day! When you retire what people will say about you should be worth more than all the money in the world. Money can't buy ethical behavior, integrity, and legacy, period.

They came out the same day and measured the house. Then I asked them how long it was going to order the cabinets. They told me they had them in stock. I ended up walking out with the cabinets the same day. They also gave me a 3d printout of my cabinets so I could see what they looked like. I've been to stores that carry expensive custom cabinets. I've been to stores that carry cheap particle board cabinets. This is neither. They have good quality cabinets at a price that was reasonable. I was very happy with LEC and will use them in the future.

I am so disappointed in how I was treated at this store. My family has bought paint from them for…read moreyears. So, naturally when I needed paint for my whole house being built- I took my blueprints and headed to the store. I made sure to let them know that I needed help calculating what I needed. Jim and I spent two hours with the blueprints and I had him check the amounts twice because it sounded like a lot to me. He assured me it was correct. He sold me 5 gallons of primer and 21 gallons of paint for a 1300 square foot home. We ran out of primer halfway through and had to drive an hour back to get more. We have almost 8 whole gallons of paint leftover. We called twice asking if we could return some paint for store credit. He basically told my husband that I was a liar and didn't show him the blueprints and that I told him that I didn't plan to prime the whole space. I am meticulous about my decisions. I explained fully well my plans and trusted that an older gentleman could help me calculate seeing as he'd worked there for a while. We are out about $400 in paint we can now trash and absolutely do not appreciate this man trying to take advantage of a woman just to get more money and sell more paint. So very disappointed that a business would be ran this way.

Audra was by far the best agent I had the privilege of working with to find a home. She was friendly, nice, caring, dedicated, respectful, honest, knowledgeable, classy, experienced, I could go on if needed! I tried several agents before her, who were no where near as great as she was, I had an agent from another company once show up over an hour late, or put in late bids ,causing us to not get the home we originally wanted. So we were lucky to have found her as our agent. One last thing that is evidence of how awesome she is, we still get on holidays a card, Halloween cookies, flowers etc. If you chose anyone besides her, you will regret it!! During this time, Todd, Donna, and Larry were courteous in keeping their correspondence regular without being overbearing, and we were able to stay on the same page without feeling pressured or frustrated by the exchanges. Additionally, we felt that the cost of the project was competitive for that of a smaller company given the quality products and opportunities extended by the Osers to minimize the cost of the project when it was first discussed. Despite the already competitive price point and the delays to the start of the project which may have otherwise resulted in changes to the cost of the materials needed, the Osers were extremely hospitable in working to keep the quoted price the same once we were ready to get started. Additionally, after we worked with the Osers to address a miscommunication on our part which would have typically resulted in a minor increase in the cost of the project, we were able to once again maintain the original quoted cost of the project due to the company's flexibility and understanding. Last but not least, our floors look incredible and the members of the installation team were friendly, efficient, and competent throughout the installation process, which took only a day to complete. To summarize, we received flawless results at reasonable prices without a moment of stress to show for it, and we couldn't have asked for more out of the experience.
