So, naturally when I needed paint for my whole house being built- I took my blueprints and headed to the store. I made sure to let them know that I needed help calculating what I needed. Jim and I spent two hours with the blueprints and I had him check the amounts twice because it sounded like a lot to me. He assured me it was correct. He sold me 5 gallons of primer and 21 gallons of paint for a 1300 square foot home. We ran out of primer halfway through and had to drive an hour back to get more. We have almost 8 whole gallons of paint leftover. We called twice asking if we could return some paint for store credit. He basically told my husband that I was a liar and didn't show him the blueprints and that I told him that I didn't plan to prime the whole space. I am meticulous about my decisions. I explained fully well my plans and trusted that an older gentleman could help me calculate seeing as he'd worked there for a while. We are out about $400 in paint we can now trash and absolutely do not appreciate this man trying to take advantage of a woman just to get more money and sell more paint. So very disappointed that a business would be ran this way.

They came with the instructions in Chinese. He managed to figure them out and they are still holding strong. Regardless of my bumping them. He also installed a front/rear camera in my SUV. When pieces that came with it didn't work, he worked around them. All the wires are tucked out of the way and it works great. I've yet to find something he can't do. He's very professional and courteous. His prices are very competitive. I highly recommend him.

The design process involved a visit to our home to get an idea of what we wanted and to provide recommendations with what was available. After we decided on our preference we were informed of the expected due date and the estimated time of installation. After installation they came and viewed the lighting with us after dark so that we could confirm it met our expectations. Both Blingle and us had some recommended adjustments and additions which were agreed upon and quickly scheduled. Communication throughout the process was excellent with each of us knowing the expectation. Blingle definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the outcome. During this time, Todd, Donna, and Larry were courteous in keeping their correspondence regular without being overbearing, and we were able to stay on the same page without feeling pressured or frustrated by the exchanges. Additionally, we felt that the cost of the project was competitive for that of a smaller company given the quality products and opportunities extended by the Osers to minimize the cost of the project when it was first discussed. Despite the already competitive price point and the delays to the start of the project which may have otherwise resulted in changes to the cost of the materials needed, the Osers were extremely hospitable in working to keep the quoted price the same once we were ready to get started. Additionally, after we worked with the Osers to address a miscommunication on our part which would have typically resulted in a minor increase in the cost of the project, we were able to once again maintain the original quoted cost of the project due to the company's flexibility and understanding. Last but not least, our floors look incredible and the members of the installation team were friendly, efficient, and competent throughout the installation process, which took only a day to complete. To summarize, we received flawless results at reasonable prices without a moment of stress to show for it, and we couldn't have asked for more out of the experience.
