I was looking on the "2016 Row by Row Experience" website, and found this terrific store and I am so glad I visited! Large supply of fabric, sewing & embroidery machines & products, notions, tools and lots of thread. I got to meet the owner in person, and she is very friendly and knowledgeable! Prices were very competitive with online stores, but the owner is the true gem (sorry forgot her name ..... I am so embarrassed). The other employees were also very welcoming. The food was good and very easy to make. The demonstration happens at the beginning of the class, so having the instruction handout was very helpful when something was forgotten. Bad: Instructions ALL in the beginning. Unfortunately, there was snow on the day of my class, so we arrived late. We missed a good portion of the class in the beginning, so we missed how some of the equipment is turned on. It is also very difficult to remember all the step all at once if you are not an experience cook. They also only give a certain amount of sauces; I thought that some of the food could used more soy sauce but they only give you a set amount to use. Highlights: This would be very good with a group of 4 because they have the set up where you are facing another couple while you cook. I would recommend getting there early to settle and make a drink selection to have wine while you cook! If you need help, don't be afraid to ask; the chef is walking around to help everyone out. I was originally told the turnaround time would be 4-8 weeks. The order ended up taking much longer than expected, and communication was very difficult. I sent multiple messages and did not receive responses for long periods of time, which made the process frustrating and left me unsure about the status of my order. The domino set finally arrived in early March 2026. I will say that the craftsmanship is excellent. The dominoes are beautifully made, and the wooden box with the engraved hometown from Puerto Rico was a really nice touch. It made a great gift and my friend loved it. Overall: great product quality, but the communication and timeline updates need serious improvement so customers are not left wondering about their orders.
