We desperately needed a medication after visiting emergency room on Friday and they had it in stock but the pharmacist was not allowing it to be filled due to the way prescription was filled by the emergency room doctor (something with e-signature) and we now have to wait till Tuesday to get another version of same medication that can be filled with the original prescription (??) but they didn't have that one in stock (of course). I spoke with a Juliana who said she was there when my her husband came in and that they could not process the order.Because they were about to close.I asked her how that's possible.If they are supposed to be open till 11 p m they're supposed to be able to handle and take care of customers up until 11 p m.She was like, well do you want me just to cancel it?And I said, of course, because I really purchased it.So she says, okay, and then I asked her, well, what about my coupons & my extra care bucks I used im going to lose them.She said okay and? i swear I was in total shock. How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. There was no followup explanation until I called to complain and THEN they apologized for the confusion and blaming the doctor although that was never mentioned at the appointment. We were told to call the doctor during the phone call but this was not mentioned during the appointment and we were not called with this advice. It only came when I called to complain.

Needless to say , I came at 140pm and there was one pharmacy employee at the pharmacy register who told me that she could not get our prescription. She was not permitted by law. She advised me that the pharmacist was a break and went to get her from the break room. The woman walked back and told me that the pharmacist wasn't coming back to the pharmacy until her break was over , in about 15 minutes. What other pharmacy does this ? NONE. Absolutely ridiculous that they have ONE employee that can retrieve your prescription. Maybe the web site should advise when employees are permitted to take breaks so they don't have customers waiting for extended periods of time !!!
