I visited yesterday to return a phone to Verizon…read morewithout protection packaging for the device to place inside the ups box, other the paper that was inside from the delivery of my upgrade box. I return today (the day after I dropped it off, at 3pm) to wrap the device in an old shirt and a ziplock bag. Mr. Jad located my box, fulfilling my service request by box cutting my package open, and allow me to secure my device, tape back the box for return. I'm blessed to have overheard him say pick the up time to another customer yesterday, was at 5pm, when I dropped off my box to ship minutes before closing. Jad did mentioned to me that some days they will have multiple pick up times like before 3 and again at 5, just fyi. Thank you Jad & UPS team for making this customer have a blessed day. This very well may be my primary UPS STORE. I like the automatic doors. This is the only UPS STORE I've been to that has automatic doors.

Bought a laser printer online and we went to pick it up through the curbside service…read more Sounds great. No getting out of the car or anything. When we drove up we realized there is not a designated area for you to park in for the curbside pick up. We texted the number provided and we waited and waited and waited. After 20 minutes of waiting a young man came out with a ton of toilet paper. That was definitely not our order. The young disappeared back into the store. 5 minutes later, the young shows back up with our printer. The curbside service sounds great in theory but it would have been quicker for us to just go inside. They really need to provide designated spaces for curbside pick up & make the service much quicker.

They advertise themselves as an inside location forFedEx. They have no way for you to ship anything…read moreFedEx from there unless you arrive and plan on just dropping off. It's a glorified drop off location. They have no FedEx labels, no FedEx air bills for you to fill out in the event that you have a FedEx account. Fedex needs to take them off their map as far as an inside location with staff positions. The staff offered me no solutions. As I read other reviews of the printing/shipping area, it appears they lack either training or the ability to assist.
