I just wanted to post a review of this shop which I used for the first time last week. I was looking to print business cards, and I had a number of questions about paper stock, finish, file formats, etc. Despite being in the throes of a massive number of jobs associated with the Primary Elections, Ron and Saul took time to patiently work with me and respond promptly to emails. Wow. We submitted files for print on Friday to be ready on Tuesday. We paid, talked to the store on the phone, and were good to go. Monday, the day before prints are due, I call them just to double-check they had no problems with our files (they were pretty detailed). The level of unprofessionalism and absolute rudeness blew my mind. Not only did they not contact me when they had problems with our files (they said they weren't outlined, but they were), but I was told they are unable to print them at all. THE DAY BEFORE WE NEED THEM! AH! Now I have to rush and pay ridiculous print fees elsewhere to get this done. It was a simple order for double-sided 8.5x11 pages. I was told that I "do not understand" how this works and they're just "unable to print this order" because I was supposed to select some other format when we were submitting files. However, that's not the case - I selected what we needed... 8.5x11 standard pages on paper and card stock. I was very confused by this unprompted derogatory behavior when we were told that they just "can't do this" because I "am not understanding, mam." What? Now I have to figure out how to refund our money. I asked how I should do this and he told me "just do it online." Um, okay? Can you help me out with the process since you canceled my order with no warning? I'm glad I called back to check - otherwise we would have not had files on the day we needed them by surprise! Great place and employe was really nice and helpful! I just moved into The N.Main area so I'm new around here.. I was looking to print something out ASAP. I was driving around looking for a big name place because I'm new to this side.. But I seen the building big bold letters.. I stopped and service was quick, the guy had a great attitude. If you need basic stuff printed it is a rip-off: 10 cents a page. You can find 4 cents a page at other places.

I ordered two For Lease signs at this place, and I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. First, they signs were supposed to be ready on Thursday, and when I went to the store to pick them up, I was told that they were not ready with no apologies. I was told to come back the next day. I went back today to pick them up, and they were done wrong. They were supposed to be done in two colors, but they were done all in black. When I told the person there, he became angry with me, and used offensive language, like "Stop talking" and "Don't be a girl." (I'm a guy!). I asked for my money back, and he said he could give me half of my money back but I had to leave the signs. I made a mistake by going to this store, and I'm posting this, so others wouldn't make the same mistake. read more

They were very respectful & friendly, fun & manage to get my requested services completed in no time! Won't go here again and it's a shame because I came here before and it wasn't that bad. I am not a business owner but I do have a home office where I do all of my printing. I only needed 5-6 pages printed because my printer crapped out on me. A man came out, hardly greeted me, it was more like a "what do you want look". I told him what I needed and he said unless you need 50 pages or more then we are too busy. I looked at him with confusion and said, "seriously?". He said they were too swamped to print 6 pages for me. I really like giving back to local businesses and it really upsets me that someone would turn down my business because of how small the order was. The little people are supposed to sick together! Don't go here. Customer service is how you generate repeat business and I will repeatedly not go here anymore. I went to a local restaurant that I frequent and they printed my docs for me at no charge. Glad they missed out on my 6 pages of business haha!! Their pricing is way too high anyway. read more

I gave this business a chance even though I saw mixed reviews. Worse place to do business! Not only did they drop the ball on a very simple business card...But the owner or manager actually hung up on me cause I guess I asked to many questions as to why the job was not done as promised. It took them over 3 weeks. I lost the client. Out my time and money. His remarks on this... And I quote "What can I say. We dropped the ball. You got your money back". Wow.
