Both caregivers provided by BlueSea were reliable and caring. I recommend their service without reservation.

The gal refused to sell me one because she said mine was perfect for her, and didn't want to take my money. I was very impressed with that. Most entities would sell you one anyway, in my opinion. In fact, we went to another store first to buy a cane, and the lady sold us something that we couldn't use and try to sell us other things that we didn't really need. Long story short, we ended up buying a cane and eventually a electric wheelchair. They also gave us a sample of a CBD Balm, and said it will immediately take the pain away from my wife's arthritis in her knee - with a comment that "I know you will be back to buy the product because it has worked for everyone that I've done this with". They were right! The pain goes away immediately, and we have probably recommended this product to at least 10 to 15 other people who suffer pain from arthritis. What impressed me the most also, was the attitude of their customers coming into the store to buy something. Most of them seem to be repeat customers. I've also ran into friends that know the store, and say it's the best store for product, service and value. Everybody there is very professional, they know their products, and the service is way above any five star rating I could possibly give. Not only do I recommend this store, we also have become a part of their family.

He said the only way it could have broke in this manner was dropping it I had taken it on a trip and apparently the airline dropped it. I didn't report it right away, so I just paid out of pocket. Next trip, I will check immediately and file a claim if it breaks again. I heard this happens often with the Airlines. It didn't take long for the part to come in and the Scooter to be repaired. So now I'm out and about on my scooter, causing trouble. Whenever I need any supplies, I'll definitely go to Alpine. I give them a five star rating!

Over the course of several weeks, I worked closely with Lina while arranging the additional support my mother needed following her surgery, which had been significantly delayed due to the Kaiser strike. Throughout the process, Lina was professional, compassionate, kind, and extremely helpful. There were several frustrating moments related to scheduling issues, many of which I expressed to Kaiser. Lina was always honest and transparent, explaining that all of their Spanish-speaking caregivers were currently assigned to other clients. Even so, she consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and help explore possible solutions. Lina maintained regular communication to ensure my mother received the specific care she needed when she needed it. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Lina remained proactive, attentive, and supportive, helping us navigate each obstacle. She also worked closely with her scheduling team to make sure my mother's care needs were met. I am grateful for Lina's dedication and commitment throughout this process. Thank you, Lina, and thank you to Care Partners for the care and support provided to my mother during her recovery. Enrique M.

Our family trusted this agency to help care for my father, who suffers from Alzheimer's. Instead,…read morethe experience became one of the most stressful and emotionally draining situations we've ever dealt with. The caregiver assigned to our family regularly spent large amounts of time on her phone during caregiving hours, including personal calls involving ongoing relationship and family drama. I personally caught her sitting up the street with my father during what was supposed to be a walk while she remained distracted on the phone instead of actively caring for him. Out of respect for her situation and because she has children depending on her income, I chose not to escalate concerns immediately. However, after realizing the level of inattentiveness taking place, I intended to formally address the situation. Shortly afterward, the caregiver abruptly quit, and APS was suddenly sent to our home. APS and law enforcement both evaluated the situation and determined my father was living in a safe environment. The timing of these events, combined with what our family experienced directly, left us deeply disturbed and caused enormous emotional stress during an already difficult period caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's. Families going through dementia care are already overwhelmed enough without fear, instability, interrupted care, and added trauma. I strongly encourage families to stay actively involved, document everything, and pay close attention to how caregivers are spending their time while entrusted with vulnerable elderly patients. Be vigilant with companies that are supposed to support families in crisis, because continuity of care, professionalism, and compassion matter when dealing with elderly patients suffering from Alzheimer's.

Their English was poor, and they spoke to each other in Vietnamese. Never mind uniforms, these guys couldn't even be bothered to wear t-shirts displaying the name of the company. They wore jeans and sweatshirts. They looked and behaved like just a couple guys hired to move a couch, not an injured patient. The transport vehicle was a beat up old white van, lacking any kind of signage indicating it was a professional medical transport. It looked shabby. The gurney was likewise dilapidated. I followed closely, watching as the van coughed out black smoke from the exhaust. My poor mom later reported to me that the ride was horrible. The movers were sloppy and careless from start to finish. They lacked skill in properly handling a patient. The medical professionals at the doctor's office were as appalled as I was. The x-ray tech was annoyed with these buffoons as they clumsily fumbled around the room trying to transfer my mom from the gurney to the table, and she admonished them for their ineptitude. I didn't select this company myself. The transport was arranged by the skilled nursing facility. I was required to pay $350 over the phone in advance for this awful experience. I tried to go to the company's website, but the address is inactive. I don't know if this outfit is licensed or bonded. I will try to report them to the Better Business Bureau and any other organization that has oversight of such medical services. As horrible as the service was, it was completed, so I probably don't have any recourse for a refund or disputed charge with my bank. All I can say is that my mom did get to and from her appointment alive. But traumatized.

I decided I want to prevent this from happening to another family. The driver, Steven, picked up my mom from a skilled nursing facility (in HB) and transported her to an assisted living home (in Garden Grove). He pulled into a high school parking lot and groped her under her shirt. A police report was filed but misdemeanors are too small to pursue for our overwhelmed police force. Steven was interviewed with a Vietnamese translator and denied anything happened. The police have his touch DNA on a shirt we submitted for evidence--so watch out Steven! Needless to say ALWAYS follow in a separate car whenever your loved one is being transported; or use an ambulance.
