I understand that mistakes happen, and I could have done something to catch the mistake sooner, but when I called I was offered no solution beyond waiting for a day without heat for a delivery. I was made to feel that the situation was completely my fault. I strongly recommend that you record calls from customers so that your employees can be held accountable.

No it's not much, but it's better than nothing! This station is regularly busy, but never so busy you are more than a car behind. Pay at the pump, so i never really go inside!
