He succeeded in unlocking the oven (not an altogether easy task at all) and identified the erring part. The next day the office called and apologized that after a search, they had found that part was no longer being manufactured. We appreciated their prompt follow-up. The tab was $80 including tax (for almost an hour's work), and we have a functioning oven again - we can put up without the self-cleaning function. I would recommend them any time.

I originally picked out a fridge online that had the fastest delivery. By chance I called the store to make sure the delivery date given online was accurate and was told that no they couldn't get that model but they could get me a similar model in the same time frame. That was the first deception. The next proposed delivery date I was given was a week later on the 15th, the next proposed delivery date was the 20th and The next proposed delivery date was the 27th. On the 26th a received an email with yet another proposed delivery date, August 3rd. By this time I had had enough. I phoned the company and told the I was very displeased with yet another delay and I wanted my fridge on the 27th. I told the representative that I felt that I was getting scammed and asked if there really was a fridge and if it was indeed coming. The representative said he would send an email and have the fridge delivered on the 29th. The fridge did arrive without incident and in a timely manner on the 29th. not only did I not receive my fridge in a timely, matter I ended up purchasing a less preferred product due to the time restraint. This was my first and last purchase from this company. Do better. Be truthful with your clients.

I was looking to purchase right away as our stove quit working. The 1st thing that hit me was the overwhelming wave of strong cologne. Im not sensitive to it but I have to say it was awful. That aside I had this gentleman in his twenties approach us with a half interested demeanor and asked what we were looking for. I told him my situation, but he was uninterested. Any decent sales rep would have seen an opportunity for a sale but he didn't want it. He walked away and went back to his desk where I watched him and 2 other sales reps play video games on their phones. My wife and I walked around the store 2 times and left. He didn't lift his head as we walked out.. I bought a Smeg fridge from Creative Appliance Gallery. The initial purchase experience was…read more positive. Shakeel, the salesman, was pleasant ,efficient and professional . Unfortunately when the fridge was delivered It arrived with duct tape inside which, when removed, left sticky residue . The owner, Martin Hodges, calld me and advised me to buy Goo Away product to remove the sticky duct tape residue . I followed those instructions and the sticky duct tape residue smeared on the plastic inside the fridge. When I called back to explain what had happened after having followed the owners instructions. the owner was extremely aggressive and rude to me ; he dismissed my concerns and said he would send his installers to pick up the fridge and take it back ! As an aside, I had already paid for the fridge in full so it was actually my fridge that he was demanding back not his ! However, given his unpleasant and uncooperative attitude I agreed to give the fridge back and get my money back. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a ruder, more aggressive individual than the owner. It's a shame as they have good brands but I would never recommend this place to anyone.
