I went through the car wash and when I came out to dry my car off, the gas cap was off. I was told that this happens with this type of Mercedes. There should have been a disclaimer somewhere stating that this may happen. Also, if they know that this happens, why not tape it. I have gone through many and has never happened. I canceled my membership after the first day. On top of that, the vacuum doesn't work. read more

I recently canceled my membership at carwash on 1463 and two weeks later couldn't take how dirty my car became. I decided to give BlueWave a try and I'm very glad I did! my black on black car has never been this clean from a commercial car wash. The vacuums could use some more suction but over all it was a wonderful experience. even had an employee named Chase come over and offer to help me wipe down the outside of my car. very helpful! will be back for sure. read more

I am really happy with this car wash place and I'm surprised by the amount of bad reviews! The employees recognize who I am and they are always so friendly. I pay $27.99/month for unlimited car washes for 1 vehicle. I drive a black luxury car so it's worth it for me. I normally go after I working out at LA Fitness down the street. The only issue I had was after they upgraded their locations, I was charged twice ($24 for the old price + $27.99 for the new price) 2 months in a row but the employees fixed it quickly. If you wash your car here you will leave with a dirty car. They dont offer any sprays or towels. Also saw rats in the place. Awful experience. 16 dollars for basically a trashy exterior wash and a self vacuum with no supplies to clean the inside. They are stealing from people. read more

I've been double billed for months because they linked my credit card to someone else's account. After months of getting the run around they finally told me they wouldn't reimburse me because that person used their account. Love this car wash. Very fast and cleans well. Reasonably priced. Lots of vacuums that are free to use in covered areas. Places to hang floor mats for cleaning. Only thing is that the vacuums are extremely loud. Can't hear anyone talking. Suggest you bring your own towels to dry off areas not touched by the dryers. Also might want to bring own windex and/or cleaning cloths for inside of vehicle. read more

Have been a customer with two vehicles on the $25 monthly plan for over six years. Many new car washes open around Blue Wave that offer free towels, air blower, and cleaning sprays. I also have the $5 towel tokens that require you to go to the window and wait for someone to give you a towel. I have remained loyal knowing there were better options. I went through the other day in a brand new vehicle and the windshield wiper blade was broken off. I filed a claim and replaced the blades for $62. They denied the claim because their cameras showed the wipers operated at the exit of the wash. I hope the denied claim was worth it to loose a long term customer. Blue Wash was cutting edge in the beginning but the competition has taken their great idea and improved it exponentially. Now Blue Wash is no better than a car wash at the local gas station. Very sad business story but surely one that will be taught in business schools of how to loose market share by resting on your laurels. read more

This car wash USED to be a good and well run car wash. It has all new people there that are very helpful but, I took my car there this passed weekend and at the end of the wash I heard a loud pop. At first I thought it was my rear window wiper being lifted and snapped down. Once I parked my car to vacuum and dry it and check out what the loud pop was. I saw my third break light cover was gone. I reported it and wrote up an incident report. They were actually very nice at the car wash but, when I got the very unprofessional call from Ben, of course he told me that there was already damage to the light and of course there would be no responsibility on their part. Shocker. The picture he sent me to show the prior damage was a shadow from the camera, not damage. I has just had my car inspection done and they would have told me about damage to my light. They didn't.. so instead of saying, we are not going to cover the damage that our car wash did to your car, they look for any crazy excuse to not be a good customer service agent. So sad, now i have to find a new place . The unprofessional Ben that called on the claim was terrible and should not be dealing with any customer service at all. I paid the monthly endless program including tire shine. When going to the car wash today, the tire shine was not applied to my car (I noticed the car in front of me got it since the green sign was on when it passed, but it was off when my car passed). When I talked to the lady in charge, she said she could do NOTHING. So her first recommendation was basically turn away since she could not refund anything. Only customers who were not part of the endless program could be refunded but in my case she could not do anything. I had to ask for a phone to talk to the manager. I'm disappointed for not even trying to offer a solution, not even saying "give me your information and we'll find out a way to fix this". She said at the end she could cancel my program. So the solution to this error is to terminate the contract. Really? I have two cars under this service. Maybe she's right and I should cancel my two cars. And so other customers. Update: it's March 11th (two weeks after the incident) and I have not received a call from the manager, even though I was told he would communicate with me. I just received an email from him telling me he couldn't do anything for me. This is probably the worst example of customer service. No traces of interest on trying to solve my problem. read more

Terrible customer service. Drove through the car wash and noticed that once I got out, the car was still very dirty (it's important to note that my car was not out of the ordinary dirty, so any correctly working carwash should have been able to clean it). I asked the attendant if I could go through again because it seemed like the wash was not working properly. The attendant said, "Sure, you can drive through again and we'll make sure it gets properly cleaned... If you pay for another wash!" I thought he was joking, but unfortunately he was serious. Take your service elsewhere to a better carwash or one with better customer service. read more

Most all carwashes have to recycle their water and I'm sure there's some type of treatment that is necessary to keep the water from smelling but the water as you go through this Bluewave unlike all the others I've been through stinks like heck. read more

Had an unfortunate experience at a restaurant carside service and food had spilled all over my car. Stopped by Bluewave to use the vacuums but was told they turn them off at 8 pm and it was 8:30 pm. When I explained to the guy what happened, he turned them back on so I could vacuum out all the food. Soooo sweet! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I Have 3 vehicles with a monthly pass. The wash has damaged 2 of them. The rollers have ripped 2 license plates off each car and one ha as damaged wheel. They now its a problem and do not care. Management is a joke they ask you to fill out an incident report...what the hell for they don't do a damn thing and don't care either. The wash smells horrible and the smell will stay in your car for a while. Do not waste your money here. read more

The team at the 24902 FM1093 location were very, very rude with me today, unfortunately. I've been a loyal Bluewave Express customer and simply wanted to reload one of two Express Rewards cards we have in our family. The lead associate who rudely helped us told us she didn't know how to reload a card so we'd have to get a new card (because she only knew how to add money to cards, not reload them). Then she proceeded to lie and told us that every time we need to RELOAD a card, we'd have to get a new one (that's simply not true). After I questioned that she stated: "it's only plastic, I'll give you your 20%). Another associate joined her in the booth (didn't ask what the problem was or try to help, his goal was to add to the level of rude service we were receiving), that associate asked me: "What's with all the animosity". That led me to ask how to contact corporate (which I am doing). Don't want anyone else to experience this so just know if you plan on purchasing or have a reloadable card, this location doesn't know how to service them (I'm going to ask corporate if they will consider having them team trained so no one else experiencing what I did today). read more
