very satisfied customer...I have a member ship but what is spectacular, is the attentive care received from the employees! The first time I used the amenities FREE with your wash subscription, not only did one of the gentleman notice I was trying to find my way, but he stopped what he was doing and cleaned my mats for me. He guised his actions in offering tips, but went above and beyond for no reason at all. Additionally, just recently I finished my wash and then gassed up. In teaching my niece how to pump gas, we had a very large spillage on the car. I went back and though not expected, Nacho the manager on duty allowed a second wash for the day as a courtesy. I was greatly appreciative. The facility is always clean, equipment in excellent condition, and always a friendly smile! 10/10 recommend. read more

Called and received a voice message to leave name and number and will call back. App not user friendly. 12/31/25 - my first time here. loved how shiny my car was after the $10 wash. loved how strong the vacuum was, and loved that towels were provided. Update: The Managed, Ricardo, came and took care of it. He rewashed my vehicle and it is much better! His customer service and communication is amazing! I appreciate him for making it right!! Horrible service!! I paid for a wash and it did not properly clean my vehicle. The attendant wanted me to pay for another wash since their equipment is not working properly. This is just a reply to the Owner or Manager who replied. There were only two employees on a weekend morning when we went in to wash - 8am or so. One guy sprayed the car down before we got into the wash and a second guy was cleaning all the vacuum stalls (I'm guessing because of coronavirus- and I found this to be awesome). The guy doing the stalls kept telling my husband that it was extra and the other guy literally turned away from him when he tried talking to him. We're not pissed but it was annoying and unprofessional. read more

If you're going to get your car washed here: Go with the ULTIMATE option. ULTIMATE. The others won't give you maximum results. This time the attendant did brush off the bug stains on the front bumper and you get a dash wipe too. The vacuuming is unlimited. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the lower part of my front grill was still dirty. I had to wipe it down myself. Perhaps because it was deeper in, the brushes couldn't reach inside. I was advised that if you ever have an issue, please let the manager know right away. Also, there's a vending machine for wipes, towels and ArmorAll for convenience. read more

Cracked my hubcaps coming into the car wash and they popped off mid wash and they refused to replace them. They said they were already cracked when I came into the car wash and after explaining to them that was from the last time I went through it on March 15th & May 9th they told me I should have filed a report then... I guess them having to return my hubcap to me after my wash because it flew off wasn't enough evidence for them. read more

I love this car wash. It is fast, automated and my black Impala glides off the ramp gleaming and happy to rip down the road. The place looks cool too with a modern structure and glass walls. Though I'm often too lazy to get out and vacuum, you get a coin for a free vacuum which is powerful enough to pick up the mud my daughter keeps dragging in from the softball fields. Tip: do not toss the receipt of you purchase multiple washes. It has a code on it that you enter for your next wash. I know, what was I thinking!? Tip: don't take calls from your boss while in the wash, particularly if you are late for work. It's hard to explain you are running late but decided to wash your car and the sound of the jets pounding the dirt off your car is hard to explain. Went up to the black guy with the Attitude and told him, he ask for my receipt,let him see it and he kept it and then proceeded to lecture me how I should have pressed this then this , How the heck is anyone supposed to know to press extra buttons after you pushed the one that you paid for, tire shine came with the Ultimate. I don't understand how Zoom stays so busy. The wash is relatively soft and thorough, but cars leave the line still wet. Inevitably, I spend an additional 15 minutes wiping down the car and vacuuming. Here's my observations: 1) They're expensive. Particularly for what they offer. An exterior wash, a token for the vacuum and a little wipe for the interior. 2). Sometimes the attendees brush the car before it moves into the wash. Sometimes they don't. It's either part of a wash, or, it's not. It shouldn't be left to the whim of the attendant. 3). For the same money, I can go down the street and get an interior clean, a wash and complete towel dry. Combine the time lost on self vacuum and drying, and the full service down the street takes no longer than the time spent at Zoom. Zoom is ok. It's just not a good value. read more

My car seems to be in need of a wash all of the time. It's a dirty boy! Solution, a drive through carwash at Zoom. It was quick and got my car clean! Zoom is currently running a special it and the basic option was only $3 buck (typically $5) and it comes with one token for using the vacuum. I also got the tire cleaning and polish (for $2). The vacuum time was long enough for me to clean the front and back of my car. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. So if your car gets dirty and you only a short time head over to Zoom to get clean!!! read more

I noticed they don't really have any signs posted on where to get your tires shined so a lot of people end up missing out on this even though they pay for it. read more

I have been washing my 3 cars at Zoom ever since it opened about four years ago. I consistently get a great car wash that I would put up against any other car wash in terms of quality and value. The employees are very helpful, the facility is kept clean and they also have extended hours. I use the wash books where you get a free car wash by purchasing four washes. I am glad that they came to the neighborhood, not only convenient, but have saved me money in not having to go to the competition. Although their equipment is kept in great condition be sure to ask for manager if you do have a bad experience. They will do their best to make it right. read more

I've been going here for a quick wash and vacuum, however my last wash I'm a bit disappointed. My car was still pretty soaking wet compared to other washes. Also the token for the vacuum lasts 5 minutes.... A quarter for each additional minute. Down the street there's another wash with unlimited vacuum. If your car just needs a quick clean up this place is okay. It's nice that they give a dash wipe for free. read more
